“Okay, so why was this business not on Yelp? It has pretty much everything you'd get at a regular Rona, with a notably large lumber yard out back. Never too busy so the service is good. Better fine grain category signage than Home Depot for sure, so you won't miss the drill bits between the saw blades and battery packs. Most importantly though, there is always FREE POPCORN (self serve), a hold over from when this was a Totem.”

“We had Gentek windows installed in 2000 ( 25 yrs ago) and we had our first issue a couple of weeks ago when part of the crank mechanism broke. I decided to send a message thru the support portal to see what would happen and to my surprise I received a phone call from Tina the next morning asking for me to send a picture. of the issue. Once she received the pictures I was sent an email stating that she had the part and that the salesman Kenny would be in my area the following week. I just got the part the other day ( was brought to my house) and my window is as good as new. These windows have been great over the past 25 years! Even had an energy test a year ago when getting solar installed and the guy doing the test could not believe how good the windows were even after so many years. We would highly recommend these windows.”
