“Great local butcher for all your meat needs! You can pre-order it walk in … lots of selection on site. Jim, the proprietor, is very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the best option whether it’s a formal family supper or BBQ before the big game. Also process wild game if your spouse is tired of the kitchen being turned into an abattoir ?. They even carry exotic meats - think alligator - for a downright unique experience. Highly recommend!”
“This is the best Korean meat restaurant that will whet your appetite and delight your heart with fresh beef, king ribs, pork neck, pork belly, sundae, and pork soup. There is no need to talk about the taste. Once you experience it once, you will visit this store often because its quality and taste are guaranteed. The owner is generous and kind, and there are sale items for each day of the week, and a 5% discount is provided for purchases over $50, so it would be good to keep that in mind...^^”
“Fantastic butcher shop in Calgary, would highly recommend to anyone. The butchers here are knowledgeable and friendly. They even custom cut for me as I like thick steaks to serve as family style. I enjoyed shopping here during my first time in Calgary, wanted to bring back amazing steaks to cook for dinner. Meat was tender and juicy, with a great marble. “Best place to get raw or marinated meat in Calgary. Their verities are crazy , I have never seen such a busy, fast-moving meat shop even in Surrey, with that many options and fresh good quality meat. It is worth a 30 min drive to get good quality meat.”

“Since going to Ryan's in Dec 25 I haven't been back to a typical grocery store for meat. With a large selection of Beef/Pork/Chicken plus selections of Bison/Elk/Seafood I find both the taste and quality to be like stepping back in time.
