We bought a TV, brought it home and it didn’t work. Returned TV two days later and was given a store credit instead of a refund. We were sold something that was broken and not offered our money back. I could see if we bought it and changed our mind, but it did not work. In these situations, a full refund should be given and they should be testing electronics before selling it. At this point, they’ve just taken our money and we have nothing in return.

Really impressed with the prices of housewares!! Prices have been so high at thrift stores (especially other Goodwills) so I was really happy to see thrift store appropriate pricing. I didn’t check out the clothing prices.
The store is well organized and pretty good selection!
