I want to thank Ethan, the gas station supervisor, for helping me fill the 4 tires with air and offering & replacing the missing cap. It was below 20 that day. Canada COOP should be proud of how this young man represents your company.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Calgary Co-op Brentwood store. The customer service was beyond disappointing. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone, and their rude behavior made shopping there a nightmare.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority at this store. It's a shame because Calgary Co-op used to have a reputation for good service, but that seems to be a thing of the past at the Brentwood store.

I stop by to fill my propane tank then couple guys asked me to wait for few minutes…. After 5 minutes both said me that they won’t help me with my tank…. Time wasted!!!!!!!

I raced there got off at brentwood instead of dalhousie to make it knowing I'd have to get back on the ctrain to go home. It's 9:50, they will not accept cash and it's all I have right now. This is why in the restaraunt I work at or construction site I work on, or when I'm on set acting a few times a month we wait till we're locked or wrapped for the night BEFORE we clean and do cashout.I asked if there is any way they could help like put cash in office with receipt the girl stayed silent and the guy laughed at me for even askingI used to go there every 2 days, now I'll never return again

Full service a lie.Came to this site with an injured back, parked in the "full service" pump, waited 10 minutes, and no one came.

Two days ago I had the most delightful human serve me at the gas bar. Jasper's customer service was outstanding. Prompt and enthusiastic service with an infectious smile! Jasper, your happiness literally made my day! Thank you!!!

Do not advertise holiday hours by a billboard in-front of the store if you are not going to stick with then. Supposed to be open at 9am.Waiting until 9:25am and the door is still locked. The employees were inside and didn't care.

Kurt is amazing... So is Ali and Malid.There is this guy that vapes at the side of the building and it doesn't attend to the gas as frequently. It's starting to get annoying. I've seen him for years and he has no care for any of the customers here. He doesn't clean windows and has no attention to customers. Food for thought if you need to fill up and wait 20 minutes

Full service has resumed! The gas station attendants are friendly. The gasoline is good quality. The station is always clean. If there's a wait, it's short.
