Store and the entire mall should have more security and video cameras. I am very tired of the homeless people and druggies in the area. I do not feel safe going shopping here for a few groceries or pick medications from the pharmacy. The store should not be allowed to sell any tobacco /related products, liquor of any sort. Also the property owners of this mall should not be allowed to have the Vape and Cannabis shop doing business in or near this mall period bar none. This is why places like this are not safe for the public at large.

I went to buy 6 apples and I was very disappointed. It was hard to pick an apple that wasn't rotten. I went home with 2 and they weren't very good either.

I really like this location as the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always amazing! I just wish the deli and bakery had better standards for their food. Some of the deli foods like the macaroni and chicken salad looks like it has been sitting there forever, there is always discoloration on the top from it just sitting in the bowls. I threw out the sausage rolls I bought yesterday, they tasted like they had freezer burn and maybe some cross contamination from touching other products in the freezer. This has happened to me before at this location but this is completely my fault taking a chance on their deli food again. The bakery used to be quite good but lately has gone way down hill. I'm positive this has to do with cutting back on the quality of ingredients rather than what the staff are doing. The cinnamon rolls I also bought yesterday, I can only describe as "odd". They are going in the garbage. I'm on a limited budget right now as many households are, it's very upsetting to buy food that has to be thrown out immediately because I'm worried my family will get food poisoning or at the very least it just is inedible.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service received. As a Co-op member and paying customer, my husband was discriminated against and harassed by an employee for entering the store with an electric scooter, which occupies less space than a shopping cart. He has never had issues with other staff while shopping there with his scooter on multiple occasions. There are no signs outside the premises prohibiting scooters.
The employee in question, described as approximately 6 feet tall, balding, and wearing glasses, provided no definitive answer or clarification for why my husband was being forced to leave his scooter outside. Instead, he issued threats to escort my husband out, despite not being security, and despite my husband not bothering anyone. This kind of power-trip behaviour is unacceptable.
We have never encountered problems grocery shopping with the scooter in the past. Most stores do not object to paying customers entering with such personal property. Given the rampant theft of electric scooters in Calgary and the impracticality of using outside bike locks, it is unreasonable to expect customers to leave their valuable scooters unattended. Co-op is unlikely to compensate for stolen property.
Paying customers should have the right to secure their personal property, especially when it poses no more obstruction than a shopping cart. As responsible adults, we have never caused issues or damages in stores.
Electric scooters are eco-friendly, and treating customers poorly without reasonable explanation contradicts Co-op’s standards of being environmentally friendly.

Great store as far as staff, selection and cleanliness 1 star because their prices are simply out to lunch in comparison to the competition. They had a box of cereal I buy next door for $3 on for $8.25...for example

Try their dessert ?, totally worth it, CO-OP please keep doing them the way they are right now, other places make dessert too sweet and that's not delicious,

It's not a good experience so far. Called on the store a couple of times to see if one of the items is available. They keep diverting and then at the hand hung up.

Way to expensive... Buy local. Ya right. This stores goal is to rip you off. Go to Safeway or any other store to get value for your money. Even at there sale price it's cheaper elsewhere

Reasonable spot for groceries. Priced a little high. Selection is limited as this sore is on he smaller side of the spectrum.
