Hey guys I don’t know what happened to this location workers. Please guys report this as much as possible. It is a crime to take an ID in their hands without person’s consent and telling that they have authority to take my ID
Dude no one has that authority
You guys can read the law
Being rude to people is the part of their customer service.
Staff showing egoistic attitude and being racist is also one of the issues I see people facing.
I don’t know even if having 2.8 star review cannot make you look into the matter, you should close the store and let somebody else run it.
This just a mental torture to go to a place I don’t like just because everything else is far away

During my visit, I experienced behavior from big white guy at co op Calgary convenience store that was clearly discriminatory and racially motivated. I told him to buy lotto max ticket, He said you can’t because I am Asian. I have always fuel up gas and wash my car from here . I have co op Calgary membership since long time but I gonna cancel my membership and i will never ever come to co op Calgary again.
I was shocked and deeply hurt by this experience. This behavior is not only unprofessional . I recommend to everyone that never go this co op Calgary convenience store. They don’t even know how to speak with customers.

Was in the store saw a sign that said ridges potato chips 2 for 4. You guys did not honor the price when it was your guys fault that the price tag was wrong. How many bags did you sell up to me. We will never come to this store again and will tell others to do the

We went at 9:40pm to buy lottery tickets and the lady asked us for ids. Since Last time we went there no body asked for Id. We forgot to bring it with us this time.There were three people on the till that day no body cared about id okay I agreed with the lady about Id and suggested her to make sure all the employees are aware to check ids upfront.But the way she said it was rude and right after 10 minutes we went to buy icecream she refused to take cash as she said we have counted the tills already. That means going home is more important then serving customers. So what if somebody wants to buy gas in an urgency and pay cash and employees need to rush to close the till at 9:45pm where do the customer service exists here?? The lady named Gurman needs to learn some customer service skills. We left but this is not how the customers should be treated.i hope management Adress this.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Co-op car wash. On August 1, I went to get my car washed and entered my code. An employee named Paul came out and told me something might be broken inside and that the wash was not working, so I backed out and left. I was not given a new code or refund at that time.
Today (August 6), I returned to use the same code, but it didn’t work. I spoke to Paul again, and he rudely told me the car wash was working that day and claimed my car was already washed — which is completely false. Then he told me I would need to buy a new code if I wanted a wash.
I have the receipt showing I paid $12.99, and they can easily check the security cameras to confirm that my car was never washed. I asked to speak to the manager, but Paul said the manager is on vacation and nothing could be done.
This is unacceptable. I paid for a service I never received and was treated very poorly when I tried to fix the issue. I hope Co-op management sees this review and takes proper action.

A complain about Taradale gas station based on observation over the years that that gas pumps printer fiund without paper. Always point out to staff but baseless excuse is always there to take responsibilty.

Rude staff, lots of unnecessary attitude. The worst employee has to be Neyola, I had the worst experience with other her. She doesn’t respect anyone, can’t even help the customer properly.
