Exceptional Service!
I was renovating my main floor and kitchen,I dropped in to see if they could tint the base coat for my epoxy counter, I was looking for a Dark gray. I spoke with Stephanie, she explained that the tint couldn’t get that dark BUT she would get it as close as possible! She went to work on getting it there and she did an amazing job! While she was doing that I had lots of other questions for the gal there, her sister I think, she had all the answers about other products I was asking for.
My project turned out FANTASTIC!

I have been in construction for a long time and I have dealt with so many paint suppliers. Jason who owns this location is awesome, especially if you are a contractor and looking for excellent customer service. I have decided to purchase all my paint supplies from Jason as the treatment and the client support is completely different than any supply shop I have dealt with through all these years. Calgary North Decorating has incredible staff. I’ve been painting my entire house DIY and they’ve helped with everything from technique to paint colours. We also used them to measure, order and install blinds which we love.Special thanks for Chase and Faith for all their patience and help!

This store is amazing. Had a problem with the paint my painter went with and when he refused to correct it this store and Jason stepped in and redid the job. They truly understand the concept of customer service.

I'm my opinion, some of the best paint around. The price of paint has skyrocketed and this place is no exception. Best is to buy on sale or on overstocked items. Staff is eager to help.

Service has always been great but just a quick note to management… Can you clean up the paint cans and garbage around the side of your building? It creates a bit of a junkyard vibe in our neighborhood. I would even consider planting a tree in the little garden box outside of your store front as a long-standing business within the community:)
