Good place to check out if you're looking for bargains or rarities. They must be doing well...they are expanding. Friendly staff.

Most items you can find elsewhere brand new at their same price lol!!And the staff are very hostile when they are closing. Tbh they do not have the right to harrass people like that. I feel my cortisol level rising when going to this location!!! Lol

Current manager, Janine, is unprofessional and rude. It is obvious that the staff there are afraid of her. All the other managers and staff at every Goodwill store have always been nice and helpful. I have enjoyed shopping at Goodwill stores for years and have never had any issues at any of them.

A warning against buying electronics. They say they test it but they don't. I recently bought a dual cassette and cd boombox and when i got home the CD player would not even eject and it ate one of my cassette tapes. When i asked I was told sometimes they are too busy to thoroughly test everything. Too busy to plug it in and hit eject I asked? Yes. I also could not test it in the store as the price tag taped the CD tray shut. There is a growing trend of thrift stores not taking ownership for their merchandise and putting the burden on the customer. Because they were too busy to do a simple check I am left with an hour out of my day and store credit that may land me more inferior product.

It's a very amazing store with polite and respectful staff. Prices are good and fair and you can find very clean used stuff there.I strongly recommend you to visit the Goodwill store.

super easy to drop things off and the staff were very friendly. they even have two special parking spaces reserved for the donation centre so you're right next to the door.

The fanciest Goodwill by far! This location is really nice, from the lighting to the selection it feels like you're in a boutique rather than a thrift store. I think because it's in such a good neighborhood the donations that stock the racks are high quality (that I've seen in the two times I've been here.)The only thing I can comment on is that they have minimal stock at a time. I personally like browsing thrift stores for an hour or two but this one is not that kind of thrifting for me.

I can’t say I’ve ever had to write a review about this before but it needs to be said. My shopping experience was obnoxiously interrupted by the manager (blonde, who was not wearing a name tag or uniform) WHISTLING. Lady, we understand you’re a great whistler, but this isn’t a Disney film. I’ve never been so triggered and off put by someone whistling because it wasn’t just a quick one minute whistle, it was during my entire shopping experience (half an hour - my ears would likely burn off if it heard any longer). The reason for writing this, is because she appears to be a manager who doesn’t really care about anyone else (staff or customers), and I’m speaking on behalf of the staff because no one can likely will stand up to her to tell her to STOP WHISTLING - but lady, please stop. I can still hear you whistling since leaving 10min ago. Please address this for the goodness of customers ears as well as your staff members.

Moniqua gave me the WORST customer service today. I dealt with the employees there who were so very nice and helpful, but as soon as she came out, the tone completely changed to me being the enemy as a customer. Both employees around went silent and lowered their heads as she went on a tirade about their policy changing and how she couldnt help me. I looked at the other employees stating how they recognize me as I am a frequent customer, but they refused to answer when she was around. Moniqua also wasn't wearing any name tag or identification that goodwill usually does. This store is very poorly managed under her, she gave me the worst service I have ever experienced at a store in a long time!

I just had a terrible experience trying to exchange a broken electrical toy within the 2 weeks Goodwill gives. Moniqua the manager told me it was their policy now to make you wait until the 2 weeks was up... but how am I supposed to exchange it on a razers edge between being over and under 2 weeks..... the device does NOT work and she refused to give store credit good for another purchase. I have had this process go smoothly at every single other goodwill...... Moniqua has absolutely terrible customer service, She literally told me to go to another goodwill in front of everyone when I said they have helped me before.... humiliation and degradation are Moniqua's policy i guess. She obviously doesnt want my business, or anyones for that matter, if this is how she treats her customers here. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior and is completely out of sync with Goodwill's mission statement of helping others, but not at the cost of your customers.....I have an update as well, I took the item in question up to beacon hill goodwill and they exchanged it with zero hesitation. She was right, it was her and her alone that couldn't help me, the policy excuse was a complete lie to get me to leave her so she didn't have to do any more work at the end of the day. It is absolutely night to day the way I am treated at beacon hill as compared to this location. Lots of catching up to do here.

I just experienced the worst customer service ever! For a charity shop the senior staff are very rude and unprofessional. I will not shop at this store again! Too bad as I have made $100's of dollars in purchases plus hundreds in donations over the years. I will take my $ elsewhere.

Unlike Value Village, they have fitting rooms! Today, everything with a yellow tag is 50% off. They change it up every few days. Most shirts cost $9 while most dresses are $10.50. It was worth my time! Might be back, who knows! :)

Why do they not just have a donation bin outside? ??♀️ I just have a bag of clothes I need to drop off but I'll have to wait until I get to the NE or SE where they actually have bins. I don't want to waste time going through a whole process and go inside to dump old clothes. Apparently there are none in the NW.

Scam Alert!!!!! NOT A REAL CHARITY/NON PROFIT!!! The CEO makes roughly $500,000/year. How is that non-profit? Bring your used good to The MCC, a charity that doesn't want to profit off your donations and people in need.
