Absolutely terrible service for the frist time i want in to this store this morning October 28 in the morning there was only one lady working there she was so tired not in a mood to be there or even help me or even answer my questions i told her to put a pair of boots on hold for me and i left and i just called the store now it is the October 28 at 6:45 pm i talk to a guy who was absolutely worse on the phone he told me there was no boots on hold under my name then i gave him the discretion of the boots and the price of the boots and the location of where the boots are after explaining all of this to him “he then told me we got lots of boots i can not help you just came to the store so rude so unprofessional it’s disgusting how people like this get paid to run someone’s businesses then i called chinooks talk to a lady by the name sarah as soon as I explain what the boots look and the price she said got it i told her to put it on hold for me. i will be there tomorrow to pick them up now she should run the market mall store she is professional she knows customer service she is pleasant on the phone and know her product that is what guest service is she should teach that to maket mall . I will never shops at that store ever agian absolutely terrible a mannequin can do there job at market. Mall for free instead of these employees. So sad super sad .

I had the worst experience at Call It Spring. The staff clearly don’t know how to talk to customers – the attitude was unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Instead of helping, they acted like they were doing me a favor just by answering questions.

Had an event I was running late to and needed to grab something in 10-15 minutes. Lou was spectacular, she showed me all the choices I had, ran to get me sizes, and even helped me buckle the strap when I couldn’t get it myself. She was amazing and so kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this location and her!!

Came to store this afternoon and had a pretty uncomfortable experience with the sale people here. When I walked in, two ladies at cash desk were too busy chatting to even greet customers. I was looking for a white pair of shoes to wear to the wedding, the sale associate told me that I was too early because it wasn’t wedding season yet and they didn’t have any. Funny, because I walked around the store and spotted 3 pairs at the sale sections and my husband directed me to the other section that had 2 pairs of white shoes. I asked that lady again, the same question, and she also gave the same answer “we have no white shoes because it’s not wedding season yet”???? So i picked up one pair of white shoes and asked to try my size, she didn’t even bother to go check the size but straight answered me “we don’t have that size”. I really liked a couple styles of heels here, but at this point I didn’t feel spending any minutes at this store anymore so we left and went to get shoes at the different place. Customer service is terrible, sale associates are lazy, super chitchatting, slacking at work. I would rate 0 star if Google Maps let me. So no, don’t waste your time here, spend your money at the stores that treat you better than this.

On September 30 around 2:30 PM, experienced terrible service. My friend and I, along with several other customers, were not spoken to or helped at all. I watched a sweet older lady become impatient as she tried on a display shoe, clearly waiting for any kind of service. After spending about 15 minutes in the store, we decided we'd be better off taking pictures of the shoes we wanted to try and ordering online instead.

They shut their door at 8:30pm even though the market closes at 9pm on regular business days which is ridiculous. The lady who we spoke to, has no professional at all. She just wasted our time. The management should train their employees properly.

I went to this store and picked up shoes. I asked for new pair that lady said this is last and i was like okey i will take it. Box was completely shred bcoz of some animal ate it. I asked her to give me new box and she said if we switch box it will be final sale. I said okey give me bag bcoz I can’t carry broken box.she said she has to charge me for bag. I said your box is broken that’s why i need bag otherwise I should have just taken box. It is ridiculous that you are charging customer for a bag bcoz your box is broken.they ended up loosing a customer today just bcoz of $1 bag. Staff need some training poor customer experience.

I went to this specific location since my online order were delivered to this store last Thursday. I told the staff that my email receipt was deleted already but i showed her my ID for verification and she found my order and had no problem with it. Now, I tried the shoes on but unfortunately the design doesn’t fit me. So I asked if I can return it and exchange it with another one. She asked me if do I have the receipt WHICH i told her earlier that it has been deleted already. I asked for any help that they can provide me since I ordered it via afterpay and even showed them the order receipt I have. The manager was there and I asked her if is there something else they can do about it. But NO help was given. Didn’t even bother to give an extra mile of costumer service. It doesn’t make sense for me why they can’t do anything about it and just left me hanging. So I left the store and I didn’t even bother to bring the item with me. I think it’s the manager or supervisor idk really but I think they should be trained with costumer service ethics. Worst experience!!

Went to this store yesterday and I am very happy with the purchase and the overall experience! I bought a pair of shoes a few years ago, loved them and wore them into obliteration - so, I knew I was going to get something good there. I do have to point out a great customer service from Kemi - she was friendly, and also very efficient in checking and finding the right sizes for my picks :)

I bought a pair of shoes a few years ago, loved them and wore them into obliteration - so, I knew I was going to get something good there. Bought shoes from here recently and not even two weeks later they started falling apart! It’s now been a month and they are completely unwearable. I didn’t even wear them that often! Total waste of money :(
