Very rude and unhelpful staff!!! When we politely asked for sizes to try on, the staff seemed annoyed. They never came back to check if we needed another size. They were even rude to us when we paid for the shoes after we waited patiently for 15 minutes behind a customer doing a return.

Worst shopping experience ever! I just left the store today and the associate did not greet or even smile. I was in the store for about 10-15 mins and she did not approach and was just at the cash wrap. It is very ignorant! I will never shop at this location again.

Absolutely terrible experience shopping just now with Sehajdeep and her coworker on August 12th.
There was zero greeting when myself and another customer came in tonight. She was at the till watching a show with an air pod I'm while we were browsing. I sat to try on a shoe, and she continued to watch her shoe without asking or offering any help. When I asked for a size, she seemed annoyed I interrupted her tv show. When she came out she set the shoes down and went back to watching her show
When her co worker came out, and I came to pay, they proceeded to have a conversation again without acknowledging me while taking my payment.
Absolutely terrible service all around and a manager needs to speak to them.

I went in the Southcentre today to buy winter boots. There were no other customers and only one staff member who was too busy mopping the floors to even greet me. I asked to try on two styles of boots in my size. She dropped the boxes on the chair and went back to sweeping - I assume in the back room because I didn’t see her again until after I waited for a while at the register. Anyone could have simply walked out of the store without paying; but of course, I waited. I paid for my purchase and told her she could keep the box and boot stuffing, as I assumed the store has a recycling system. After I paid, I asked for a bag, but was told it would cost an additional dollar for a bag, so I was left to carry the boots through the mall.Here’s an idea: consider hiring retail salespeople who actually like their job and communicate with your customers. I will not shop in your store again.

There was a sales person there by the name of Geraldine that was not only rude and bad at their job, but smelled very bad too. The quality of merchandise should over look such a problem but it doesn’t.

Low quality cheap uncomfortable prices of plastic! It was hurting my feet and when I wanted to return a pair of shoes that I had just worn at home inside to see if they work, the super rude clerk refused to process the return and asked me to call a phone number that has no prompt to speak to someone!Please note that the shoes I wanted to return where in perfect new shape, had all the labels, boxes, receipts etc. and still had a ton of time to return!If retail is dying it’s not because of Amazon! It’s because of rude unprofessional stubborn employees like the one working at spring shoes!

Very bad quality of shoes with rude clerks. The return policy is 60 days but they don’t return shoes that you wore for trying out in your home. They give you an option of calling a number with no representative behind and wait until your return time is over. The shoes make my foot hurt and blinding but no one apologized! I do not recommend this store at all. I wish I could give them no star.

Unprofessional store manager, she didn’t even know how to address customer’s issue. On a manufacturing defect they were reluctant on giving return. Low quality shoes and immature staff.

I often struggle to find shoes that fit right or are available in stock because i am a womens size 10.5 so i opted to try a mens 8. I purchased the shoes and took them home to try as i was in a rush and very quickly realized they were the wrong fit. Today, October 20th 2022, i came in to return them TWO DAYS afte purchasing. I want to start off by saying that I was not greeted politely whatsoever. You would expect a hi or hello but as soon as they saw me carrying in the return it was game over. Whoever the individual was who processed my return had 0 customer service skills and just asked what was my reason for return. Upon explaining it to her she seemed like she could care less and made no attempt to help me find a better fit or to help me whatsoever. She then kept scrubbing at the bottom of the shoe. Trying to wipe something off? I never wore this shoe and also work in customer service so i have seen my fair share. The shoe was in pristine condition. No creasing, absolutely no wear on the bottom, all the original tissue. Its a white combat boot. Any wear would be significant. The tiny imperfections she could see could be from anyone trying them on. She refunded me after i firmly told her no i did not wear them. I felt very uncomfortable and uncared for and will NEVER shop at “spring” ever again. AWFUL.

Went to go return a brand new shoe spray and was turned away because apparently they don’t allow refunds on shoe care. It’s literally a spray so there are no hygiene concerns. Not even offered store credit or anything. Maybe your staff should inform people who buy shoe care that they don’t except returns.

The staff only care about receiving your money, staff do not know how to respect customers. The staff are very unprofessional and hopefully this store can improve their customer service.
