Best Canada Goose store.
I went in and bought a Langford Parka, the associate Tiffany was extremely helpful and helped me chose which style, color and options. Just disappointed by the removal of the fur hood, since it was so iconic. Can’t wait to be back for my second!

Its hard to deny the rise of Canada goose as a luxury brand in the last decade, from functional protection of arctic researchers to designer collaborations and fancy storefronts these days.
I thought I would treat myself to a piece of this pop culture and justified it by telling myself that the cost was going towards ultimate craftsmanship and warmth in a jacket that would last a lifetime (can you guess where this is going).
So you can imagine my disappointment when I take this home, zip it up, and find out that the zipper has a temperament. I occasionally get stuck in this jacket for a few minutes trying to convince the zipper to let me out! But that's fine, its going to be so incredibly warm... wrong, at -20°C (the rated temperature of this jacket) I'm freezing, even with the benefit of a Patagonia fleece base layer. That's ok, for $1800 the customer service experience will be incredible. Right? I take my jacket in to the Chinook boutique and I'm given a brochure, told the process is DIY and involves personally mailing my jacket away and waiting a couple of months. So while I can go to Eddie Bauer or MEC and they'll hand me a new jacket on the spot, at this luxury boutique it's a stretch to say they even offer "customer service".
So while the luxury status is undeniable, its not accompanied by luxury quality, functional superiority, or customer service. Do yourself a favor and 1) inspect all the zippers before you buy, 2) take Canada Goose' "temperature rating" with a grain of salt. If you'll be walking in -20°C you need one of their -30°C rated jackets, 3) consider a Superpuff instead and save yourself >$1000.

Their warrnaty is for the name only. I have bought canada goose few years back when they used to manufacture Chilliwack bomber wirh real coyote fur with lifetime gurantee and because of lots of protest and all they have stopped manufaturing those jackets and i am with the people that real fur should not be used. My problem is that this fur is shadding like crazy on all of my clothes and now canada goose tell me that they can not offer to fix this or replace it so this is what you should get ready to face with their support team. I had 4-5 escalations and tickets but everyone saying the same thing like it is copy pasted that it is normal which is not because their jacket looks worst with the shedded fur. Be ready if you have bought even their faux fur items which are not covered under warranty. Never gonna buy canada goose again and never suggest anyone to buy it.
