I moved to East Hills, and the community mailbox isn't ready. In the meantime I have to retrieve my mail from this delivery centre. I was promptly attended to by Debbie. The service experience was painless, quick, and friendly. 👍👍👍

I try to avoid shipping through Canada Post at all costs. In my experience. They will process a shipment but are not willing to deliver it. Claim the package is too heavy or large to deliver even though you paid for delivery with that weight and size capacity.
They don't have any warnings regarding package sizes or weights.
They didn't even deliver it at a canada post location nearest to my home. I had to pay an Uber to go pick up the package. This is all after reaching out to customer service and getting 4 call backs saying they are arranging redelivery and the final call the person told me the previous Canada post employees who said that have no clue how it works and that I have no option other then to come pick it up. I even explained that I am Injured and unable to get there which is why I paid for delivery to my home, that did not make a difference. Very frustrating considering the shipping cost $90. I then had to pay another $70 for Uber to get it home. Canada post is only good for letter mail and shipping to PO boxes otherwise I would avoid.

The ladies are very professional and compassionate, understanding. I do not get my mail delivered to me because of a vat issue with a tenant upstairs and it effects me for it is a far way for me to travel to get my mail and I do not drive currently. Can not seem to get this resolved though it has nothing to do with my address, I have no pets that harm mail people and I feel like I am getting punished for something totally out of my control. Hope someone out there ,or up higher in the postal can help me. I do not mind walking up to the van and show my I.d. to get my mail. I have been more than patient because of the Staff at the counter who completely understands and try to help me, but I do not want to have to call animal bylaw officers because I am trying to be a good neighbour and a good person, but please I would like some common courtesy as well. Maybe let the pets out after the mail man leaves? Sounds fair and reasonable right? I hope things change because I rode my bike to get the mail and it took me an hour and some on a nice day. Imagine winter...brrr r r

0 star for the service.
Why the canada post even accepted my order at first. If they couldn’t deliver it. Now I received a notice card that it’s too heavy for them, seriously. I moved from other province. I was waiting for my stuff. I paid for the service but they want me to hire someone to collect my stuff from the centre which is far from the place where I am living. I don’t know what’s happening

So many letters and packages that just never show up or are damaged and missing items. We avoid Canada Post as much as we can these days but sometimes you don’t have a choice. In desperate need of an overhaul.

Grossly incompetent.I have been going through an Odyssey with my community mailbox for over three weeks now, originating from this particular depot, as far as I can tell.It all started when our block’s community mailbox was changed out and I started receiving my neighbor’s mail, but not my own. Over a period of about 10 days, I called the Canada Post Customer Service twice and put in two online requests about misdelivered mail but I kept receiving my neighbor’s mail and my neighbors received mine. I even put a note into my mail slot informing the carrier which house the mail slot belonged to. No resolution. I managed to catch my mail carrier who finally informed that the mail slots were reassigned and my mail was now in a different slot than it had been the last 5 years. How is it possible that these changes are made without informing any of the residents of this block at all? None of the affected neighbors I have talked to had been in any way informed of any changes that have been made.Since then, I have called the Canada Post Customer Service another three times. I have finally received a new set of keys (after having to go to the post office three times because they were not there at the time stated on the notice card) but the lock on my newly assigned box was not changed out, ergo the keys don’t fit. However, the locks on about three quarters of the community mailbox were changed at the same time. The last supervisor I talked to at customer service was also very confused as to why I received keys without a lock, which makes me think somebody else’s lock was changed and I received their keys. I have not gone to try every single mail slot with a new lock to see which one fits, because I’m pretty sure that is not legal, so I will never know. But I am sure there is another very angry resident out there wondering where their keys are. At the same time, my neighbor, who’s old box I am now assigned to, can still get in my mail box with their old key because the lock was never changed. All of these issues are not just incredibly annoying for me and other residents, they are also a huge privacy concern that Canada Post does not seem to care about. For the last two days I have been unsuccessfully trying to call the supervisor at this depot. Several times a day. Nobody answers the phone, nobody called me back in regards to messages I left.To say I’m very unhappy and beyond frustrated is an understatement. I have not been able to get into my mail box in over three weeks.

Friendly staff and great service. After our mailbox got broken into. Canada post held mail/parcels until they could fix the community mailbox. Left a note and contact info and where I could pick up my mail/parcels. Took a lil while to fix the mail box but mail was secure during this process. Thanks Canada post

Canada Post refused to deliver my parcel because "it's too heavy" . Since when 15 kg is considered too heavy? Are you kidding me?

I'm filing a formal complaint about this delivery center because they sent me the wrong mail key for my community mailbox and the supervisor is unresponsive. I've been unable to check my mail for 3 weeks due to their mistakes and lack of care.

I would give it zero stars if I could but I can’t. Absolute worst customer service. Been on hold for more then 2 hours for three consecutive days of calling. I don’t understand how anyone who is working a 9-5 job can get to their location because it closes at 3.
I have been waiting for a parcel that was delivered two weeks ago but because there some sort of error on the address I cannot seem to contact anyone here to fix my address so they don’t send my parcel back. I am extremely extremely upset. I did everything on my end, I even contacted all the other Canada post locations in my area to see if they could do anything, but no.
Terrible customer service experience.

They just stopped delivering mail to my community at T2E 8G1 because the superbox got broken into. It has been two weeks now with no mail, not even a note put in our mailboxes to explain you have to drive to the delivery centre to pick it up. I guess this is working quite well for them so they aren't hustling to get the box fixed. Phoning customer service is pointless because they don't answer the calls. I remember a time when Canada Post actually delivered mail to your home? Why do they find it so hard to do so now, under these circumstance?? Instead they just their customers as non-entities with no consideration whatsoever.

You cut off my mail for filling it with fliers and other junk then when I empty it you just put a piece of cardboard in the slot. And when I try to call it says your offices are closed and your only open from 9-3. Way to make your system as frustrating and b.s as possible
