There was nobody at the counter and the lady who came to help me was frustrated of don’t know what. Very slow staff. No manners. I guess her name is Griva, she started shouting at not only me but also at other customers.

had a frustrating experience at Canada Post today. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping with my concerns. I had clear questions, but they were met with vague answers and a lack of attention. It felt like customer needs were not a priority, which was disappointing.
I hope Canada Post can improve the quality of their service and make customer satisfaction a priority. Today’s experience made me reconsider relying on them in the future.

Really does depend on who youre dealing with. The evening ladies are the best ever, one in particular is so kind and helpful and always goes above and beyond. The day lady, working 2:20 pm October 9, horrible, won’t even let me get my question out. Talking over me and multiple times telling me to call the 1800 number. All I wanted to know is if when a package is rejected, if the canada post app would tell me that or not. She thought I wanted to know about the status of my package and kept talking over me and just telling me to call the 1800 number. Had to repeat myself 5 times and have her tell me each time to call Canada post before I finally said no, I hear what you’re saying, but you’re not listening to me nor answering my question. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude which is the polar opposite experience I’ve had every other time I’ve been in and dealt with the evening ladies. I don’t even know what to call this, customer service is non existent nowadays. The evening ladies need to be praised, and the lady working 2:20, October 9 needs to be RETRAINED AT MINIMUM! Teenagers, in general, give far better customer service nowadays.

Depends on who you’re dealing with that day. This is the closest Canada post around me and I’ve been using their service about 4 years now. When there is a nice staff working that day then you’re lucky, but there has been always this annoyed staff who doesn’t seem like wanting to be there at all, and when she’s in charge then it’d be an unpleasant experience. I’ve dealt with her more than 5 times if I remembered correctly, she’s never been in a good mood or whatever the attitude a customer service person would have

So incredibly frustrating dealing with them. So many departments not speaking to one an other. Purchased address redirect. But of course this doesn't apply to packages (found out after the fact). If I specifically purchase the address redirect why are they delivering to an old address (I know not their problem). Why didn't you call me, or email, or try to reach me... So super duper sorry. We don't call. Why not leave it a the hub...So super duper sorry. We don't do that either. What a terribly run business.

The lady helping us at Canada post seem like she didn’t want to be there. Unfriendly and inconsiderate to begin with. Totally ruined our experience. I think her name was Griva. She was hard to approach but later due to obligation to be helpful; helped us to figure something out on our document once we called out her rigidness.

What a way to end the year with Canada post just left the North hill post in Calgary Alberta the worker says hopefully "I dont have to see you again" I wasn't rude or disrespectful I thanked her for her service and says that in the end

Slow, understaffed. Always a giant line. Why isn’t there an express line for pickups. I don’t want to wait 30 mins during a pandemic for a 5 second pickup.

I use Canada Post at this location regularly for mailing products for my business. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Katherine especially is one of my favourite employees as she has a thorough knowledge of different shipping methods and always recommends ways to save on shipping. I usually mail 20 or more packages at a time and the staff are always very efficient in preparing my order. Some of the other reviews on here are negative due to 2 main categories: 1) having to wait in line, 2) employees following Canada post protocol. I believe these negative reviews should be disregarded because they are unreasonable. Some people’s shipping order may take longer for the employees to process than others. To wait in line while others are served should not be an unreasonable expectation. In my hundreds of times shipping here I have never had to wait in line for an unreasonable amount of time and I recommend some of the other rude people reviewing on here to learn some respect for others. In my experienced perspective of shipping here on a regular basis, the service is excellent, delivery is reliable, price is affordable, employees are knowledgeable, kind and friendly. 5 stars, highly recommend.
