Bought diesel and my car started smoking from the exhaust . Bought diesel from another place and the smoke cleared up. Buy diesel all the time from here but this time it was bad.

terrible amount of ice - I fell and smashed my knee and shoulder.
the windshield buckets were dry! it is so muddy out and I couldn't clean my windows.

Majority of the times the gas station is closed and no one is on the till. It says it’s open but everytime I go there no ones there and none of the gas machine works

I go to this place and it is usually great but if you try to go near the closing time (half an hour before) they are always closing up early, really disappointing.

The pumps are tired and slow, place is shabby and literally falling apart. Used to be quick on price drops but now it holds out.

I arrived at the gas station 6 minutes before closing and the attendant decided to close the pumps early! I have no idea why he did this but I felt absolutely betrayed because I have been a loyal customer for years! There are other gas stations close to where I live but I went out of my way just to get gas here. It doesn't take long to fill a tank and, as a business that provides a very essential service during a pandemic, he needs to respect the closing time. I know I should have gone there earlier, but when it says it's open till 9pm, it should still be open till then. If he wants to close earlier, change the posted closing time at 855pm. These gas stations are independently managed, but they still represent Canadian Tire and should adhere to strict business standards. I'm pretty sure the only reason why he closed the pumps early is because he wanted to go home early.

worse customer service i ever seen. The guy said they have 12 tires in stock i was there for an hour and half (huge line up and there was only one guy to serve all) then he said he cant find that tire and asked me to drop my phone number. they didn't call me yet, i wont buy from them. just waste of time

Drove to this gas station for the advertised 20x Canadian tire points in the flyer delivered to my house. Apparently it was a 'mistake' and in no way could I receive my bonus points as was advertised to everyone in Calgary with a mailbox.
