They were able to take my car and put on the winter tires I purchased within a few hours of dropping off (despite the busy tire changing season)! Don was very friendly both on the phone and in person. Great staff and very efficient.

They don’t know how “hold” works. put me on hold to bring me back to the same chick, to just put me on hold again. do not call them if you need customer service.

Definitely a more disappointing place to go for mechanical work. I would suggest going elsewhere. CT is more expensive than other mechanics. We have been there 3 times for the same repairs in less than 12 months, each time we've had to pay to repair the same things we already paid to repair. We're going to cut our losses and forgo CT's warranty as its cheaper to do these repairs with other mechanics, who knows, maybe the issue will go away if done by another mechanic. I would suggest considering other mechanics first.

I have been refused an entry to the store because I cannot carry purses (severe back pains) and instead I came with small backpack (not larger than average handbag). Fun fact: they were allowing other customers to shop there with bigger purses than my back pack.

Their Garden Center in the spring is large and the staff knowledgeable. Also, one of the few places that still sells old Noma non-LED Christmas lights.
