“This shop went out of their way to help me get a surprise parcel of British goodies to my son in Banff (I am in the UK). Canada Post let us down twice so the owner actually drove the parcel up themselves and hand delivered it. This made mine and my son’s day and was well beyond any customer service I have ever had! Even though my favourites are injeolmi and chapssaltteok, I tried the sirutteok and songpyeon today! Both were delightfully soft and chewy. They had a very delicate sweetness. They also have lots of ggultteok which are very popular right now!
Even though it's quite a drive, I've seen "Dauck Sa Rang" available at A-mart locations as well! However, if you buy it here, not only can you see the lovely owner but also enjoy the special price of 2 packs for $10! Besides the price, I think the tteok purchased at the store itself has a better texture!”
