I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I showed up in a real mes but Mercy stepped in and handled everything. She patiently walked me through all my options, found creative solutions for my credit card payment issue, and even helped me secure a much better rate than I expected. She didn't make me feel rushed or embarrassed , just genuinely taken care of.
I arrived to the counter stressed and anxious and left so relieved with a smile on my face. If you're renting from Calgary airport do yourself a favor and ask for Mercy at budget. She's the kind of employee every company wishes they had. Thank you again Mercy,I truly appreciate your help.”

Understandably, their fleet was pretty depleted that week, meaning I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to pick up the car as they were waiting for returns. It wasn't an issue, but they were very apologetical, even though it was an issue out of their control. The car worked great, the rates couldn't beat, and the service was top notch. I would definitely go back whenever visiting Calgary.”
