“I had an amazing experience at Exotic Car Collection Enterprise in Calgary dealing withVireo Thakur.This was my first time going here & I will definitely be back when a rental vehicle is needed.Customer service was top notch! I was picked up at the collision centre where unfortunately I had to bring my car. I was brought back to the Enterprise location to do the quick bit of paperwork and was given a very nice & clean rental vehicle to use for a week. When it was time to pick-up my vehicle, I was able to just drop off the rental vehicle at the collision centre.The inconvenience that sometime happens when renting a vehicle did not happen here at all.I would highly recommend this Enterprise location.”

“1st Time to pick up a vehicle here since its 2 blocks away from my house, they had a little bit of an issue at that time of the pick up but they quickly resolve it by upgrading my rental SUV with the same price. When I returned the vehicle, they even offered a discounted total price since I filled the fuel more than it was originally.The staff here are amazing and very accommodating. They make sure the vehicle are clean and in safe condition. I will definitely use their services again in the future.”

“Our experience with Budget at the Calgary Airport was excellent. After a frustrating day of delays and a cancellation, we were stranded at the airport at 1:00 am. Erik went above and beyond to help us out, ensuring we had a safe vehicle to get us back to BC in the -39 degree temperatures. He even stayed past closing time to help us and others out. We can’t say enough about his customer service. Thank you so much Erik!”

“Here is a review you will not often hear from me about a car rental place.Unfortunately I have had my share of having to rent vehicles and I'm sure some of you have read my reviews on one particular place that had my review taken down through their legal department. Anyway the little place they call Hertz is also Dollar rental and thrifty all three in one. I won't go on and on about it but even though they do not advertise pick up they went out of their way to do that and for the return of the vehicle which was exactly the same as the car I drive ( they even matched the color for me) they happily sent me on my way in an uber to pick my car up from the shop. I was in and out quick upon pick up and drop off without a lot of chit chat, or questions with no phony laughter or fake smiles. I couldn't be happier with the service I had recieved. Oh and for the record this was the very first time I did not have to do anything to the car I received. I'm very picky about the cleanliness inside and out of any car I drive and 9 times out 10 I do interior and exterior shortly after picking up a rental but everything was too notch.”

“When we landed in YYC, we found out that we had lost our wallet. Still the girl let us book the car with my sis’ drivers licensee. I am ever so grateful that she still let us reserve the car bc we were frustrated already after losing the wallet.Word of caution, do not rent Mazda because it has battery issues. We were scared when we came back from Lake Louise and we got a notification saying to immediately charge the battery. Look it up, apparently Mazda is known to have issues. Just wanted to give you all a heads up so that you won’t have to go through the stress like we did.Happy travels!!”
