“Versatile, broad range of vehicles to choose from, short, medium, long range rentals, knowledgeable courteous staff, prompt professional sales and after services, I had good experience with their vehicle rentals, standard industry rates. Superb location, user friendly process.”
“It’s a 6 min drive from the YYC airport terminal so it may seem inconvenient, however, the staff their are phenomenal. When I ran late and was worried the shuttle was not going to get me to my departing flight in time, Routes staff Kulvinder Singh (I hope I spelt correctly) kindly hopped into a car and personally drove me to the terminal. He went above & beyond and that alone is worth a 5 star rating. On top of that he kindly offered me a water while I waited & their rates will blow any mainstream rental company out of the water. I left their today feeling very grateful for their attention to customer service. If I had missed my flight, it would have been my own fault; but could have cost me another $1000 to get on the next one. Thank you KS and Routes for your thoughtful attention to detail. Very satisfied.

“I was in a bind and Nauman came through for me last minute. Had me on the road in no time. You're a lifesaver Nauman. I will continue my relationship with Ryder going forward. Thanks again. 😃”
“Great trucks, nice cleanliness, and super customer service oriented team! CAA/AMA discounts are a nice touch. Had zero issues getting a truck on short notice to do some large deliveries over the weekend (at the end of the month no less). My only suggestion, leave a pen at the key drop box to fill out the return slip! I forgot to bring one with me but I guess they figured it out.”
“I had a great experience with U-Haul. Everything was very well organized, clean, and on time. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service.”
“This wasn’t our choice of location or time of pick up, but the request for the location in Airdrie couldn’t be fulfilled even given almost a month lead time.”
“I had a trailer wiring harness added to my Toyota Highlander a couple of weeks ago. Installer explained the benefit of using the Tekonsha harness verses cheaper generic harness that requires wire cutting and splicing. Tekonsha makes the harnesses for Toyota. You can't beat U-Haul prices for hitch products and installation.”
“Great experience. Garth was helpful in getting me a F-150 for work, and when the time for renewal came up in was a 2 minute conversation. Great for people who work in the oil field and don't have time to waste.”
“It was easy to get to, and the location was clearly marked as being a U-Haul location. The service was fast and efficient and the gentleman explained everything clearly. We used the vehicle without any issues and were able to return it quickly after hours. A good experience overall and definitely recommend picking up at Food World.”

“Bow City Storage - Downtown is very customer-oriented. As a university student, they have perks/discounts that allow us to utilize their service with affordability. Their email communication and in-person desk are very welcoming and courteous.
I recommend their services for Calgarians who need extra space in their lives.”
