CARSTAR Bowness was excellent to work with to repair my car. Friendly, helpful, kept me updated everyday on status of repair. Car was ready on date they gave me and they organized the rental car so I didn't have to. They also cleaned the inside which I did not expect but really appreciated!Excellent experience and would highly recommend!

UPDATE! MUM MADE ANOTHER BOO BOO! Had to return. My gosh, the bathroom is awesome! Cookies are awesome! The sense of humor they have is awesome! The work is, you guessed it, awesome! I have an older Toyota 4Runner that received some heavy damage to the l/r quarter panel and I wanted the job done right, not just pulled out and filled but a complete fender replacement which is a much bigger job but correct. I can say that I was, and still am, very impressed with the work performed as it came out looking new, better than new, with the paint and pinstriping matched perfectly and a new 1/4 bumper and it was completed the right way with a new fender replacement. I also noticed that they were able to reuse the fender flare that was in the back of the truck, painting and mounting it as new. I was very impressed with the customer service as well as they kept me up to date with the process of the repairs including an estimated finish time. I have worked in the transportation industry for many years and I can say that the job and the service provided was on par with the best in the industry, Thank You Carstar Bowness for a job well done.

I was extremely happy with the repair work done on my car. The team kept me up to date on the progress, promptly informed me of any delays, and provided clear expectations on when my car would be ready. They went above and beyond, returning my vehicle in pristine condition—spotless inside and out. Their customer service is exceptional; the staff is courteous and professional, and the shop itself is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a customer might need. CARSTAR Bowness is by far THE most pleasant, professional and detail-oriented company in the Calgary automotive industry! Everyone is pleasant to deal with and obviously take pride in customer service and their work. They were super fast in quoting me, very professional and detailed in communication, and the repairs look utterly amazing. I'm embarrassed to say I wasn't even sure it was my truck when I pulled up it looked so good! I will only go to them for my autobody needs from now on, and I wish I could give them more stars!
