I am very satisfied with my experience at CARSTAR Springbank, north of Calgary. My car was in for repairs, and from start to finish the service was excellent.
I would especially like to thank the manager, Shane. He was extremely professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and communicated in a very calm and professional manner. This was very important to me, as I truly value clear and honest communication.
The work on my car was done professionally, and the overall customer service exceeded my expectations. Shane and the team at CARSTAR Springbank clearly take pride in both their work and how they treat people.
I highly recommend CARSTAR Springbank to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused body shop. A well-deserved five-star experience.

Excellent and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Also repairs were done very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend and hopefully would not need car bodywork done again but I will always use Carstar Springbank from now on if needed. Thank you Carstar

No complaints whatsoever! They were do e a day earlier than anticipated. The worm was perfect. The truck interior was nicely vacuumed and they didn’t try to screw me for work that didn’t need to be done unlike the other two body shops I had estimates done at! Well done gentlemen.

So disappointed with my very recent experience at CARSTAR Springbank. My car went in for repairs on June 5th and was scheduled to be completed June 19th. It wasn't done on the 19th, I finally had to call to ask when it would be done. Was told the 30th. I didn't hear from anyone that day so called again on Monday and was told the 4th of July. Still no car so called to ask, and was told the 11th. No car. Keep in mind these are all Fridays so have to wait until Monday to call. On Monday was told Thursday. No car. Called this morning and car was finally ready to be picked up at 3 pm (another Friday). Went to take my daughter to a friends house and a piece of the car they glued on started to come off on the highway and bang around. We leave for a camping trip Sunday so I'm out of luck getting that repaired until we are back. Not to mention they had agreed to touch up some scratches and paint chips while it was in the shop for 1.5 months and those weren't done either. Not sure about taking this vehicle on the highway now as I'm concerned about what else they might have glued on flying off. Not the level of workmanship or communication I have come to expect from many years as a customer there.

I just picked up my car and I have never been happier with a car repair business ever before. The team was incredibly pleasant, they kept me informed throughout and the work was exceptional! I would highly recommend them.
