I called this store earlier today to see if they had something I wanted in stock. I had the pleasure of talking to Caitie, she was very helpful and kind throughout the entire call, she went above and beyond and I will continue to shop at this location! Thank you Caitie!!!

I called this store from the front door asking for fleece lined leggings in specifically 4T black they said yes. I unloaded my two toddlers and came in not only did they not have the product the girl was rude and went back to the other employee to whisper. All because I said I had just called and she casually said oh they must have been confused with the grey pair.
I said no need to be rude and continued to leave. I rarely every leave bad reviews however these girls litterally don't care about their job or service level and should be coached accordingly.
There are several different places we can buy these leggings but as a business is this the type of employees you want?! Not sure if this review will even have an impact however I feel the need to speak up

We visited Carters on 130th and had the pleasure of having Anna help us she was incredible the kindest sweetest person ever . It’s such a wonderful experience when you get this kind of assistance now days it’s such a rare thing . She truly is a caring & genuine goes up & beyond her duties. We will definitely be back to this store not just for the great deals but for the exceptional customer service. My daughter just loved her . Thanks again for an amazing shopping experience Anna

I love the brand but the service in this store should improve, yesterday we entered the store at 6:30 pm and the person who was there approached and without greeting he just said that it would close in 15 minutes.

This brand is my favourite since the day my daughter is born. They have amazing variety of clothes n deals available all the time. The only thing that bothered me is the staff at the 130th Ave location. I have been there a numerous times, but the all seem to be very non-welcoming. Even when you try to strike a conversation at the billing counter, they appear to be very disinterested. It was not like this a few months ago, maybe their staff changed or it is because of the busy time of the year.

This store has been my favourite since my son was born. I really like the quality of the fabric and price range. I know nowadays everything is getting so expensive but I still go and shop here. Sometimes I find good deals. This location I visited 2weeks ago first time. My experience was so good and liked the way girls were offering help to the customers.

I've been to this store a few times and I always find what I need either by myself or with the help from the very nice staff. Everything is well organized and the store is nice and clean. Every so often they have nice sales which make a difference. Overall a great store, would keep coming back to it.
