Not a reliable place to purchase electronics. They sell you faulty products and try to get you pay for protection at 10% of the electronic cost. So in order for them to replace the broken item you have to have paid the 10% protection fee. Rip off to the fullest lol. They used to be a good place to go to for goods. But now they're just greedy. We go to second hand stores to buy things we cant afford at retail price and now we have to pay a 10% protection fee? Come on now!

Me an my partner pawned my tools here in July, and when I went to make a payment for the third time, i discovered that my tools had been sold. I initially paid $21.80 in august but i recently learned the cashier i had dealt with had actually pocketed the money. I was told that I had only paid a $1.80 towards my payment when it was $21.80 total. Why would i only pay so little? I was also not given a receipt for august and was told i didnt need an updated one. The cashier i dealt with recently, was unprofessional and did nothing about the situation of the previous cashier pocketing the 20 dollars. I needed these tools for work. Why would i only pay 1.80 when i gave $21.80? They are very unprofessional and I will never pawn there again.

Transaction before was good,but frustrated right now,yesterday the blonde lady gave a quote of 760 but today was minus 100.The guy gave me 660.I need the money as i am behind my mortgage.I pawned lots of jewelries to them.,now i m thinking of not going back anymore..very frustrating

The store is very friendly towards everyone no matter orientation, and you can see that they try to help everyone out when you’re in their thanks to the super helpful staff.
Big shoutout to Jen for letting me know about this place when I was randomly looking for video games, and she came in clutch!

My go to place for tools when I'm away from the job site and need a quick tool instead of losing valuable time going across the city to grab stuff.

Went in looking for a drill, ended up leaving with not only a drill but a drill press that I didn’t expect to find in a pawnshop!
Jen’s customer service is second to none, she’s attentive and probably a little too helpful.
Thanks again for all your help, next time I’m in Calgary for a job will for sure come seek out Cash Canada.

I've been coming to this place for years and every visit is always a little taste of Christmas. New inventory rotated regularly, and at fair prices and good deals!
One of the employees, Jen, has pulled through for me over and over again and it's been a solid experience. They run a very honest system here where if you give respect then you'll get respect.
Great store, great people, and a fun time to look around and head home with a new treasure. Here's to a good future and the next fun visit :)

Jen is great! I asked her to keep an eye out for some Nintendo games and as soon as some hit the floor she let me know. Even picked up some joycons and a broken switch to fix as well.
Very reasonably priced and clean store!
