top shelf shop right here. Owner took my order himself and delivered as promised and maybe ahead of quoted time. I have found my tire shop after using 4 or 5 different ones in the last 1/2 dozen years. I'll be back, and i rarely say such a thing.

I've been going to Champion Tires for years, always a pleasant experience. Steve and his brother are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices and very fast service. Hands down the best tire shop I've been too.

Excellent! We give Steve 5 out of 5 and Champion Tire & Auto is a great example of what customer service should be. Steve is friendly and knowledgeable and NO over sell. We definitely recommend going to them for your service needs.

Champion Tire = Champion Service! Steve the owner is very knowledgeable and provided great advice on the tires that I needed for the wife's suv. I will certainly be back in the future.

I just hung up the phone after calling this business, some guy answered the phone but did not identify himself, so I asked for Steve, who I had dealt with in the past on site. Then someone said hello, not sure if it was the same guy or actually Steve. I asked, "is this Steve"? and the guy paused, then said abrupty and rudely said "lets, try this again, you took me away from something, if you want to talk .. then go ahead" ... not exactly a business or customer service approach that I care to deal with. Poor customer service and downright ignorant phone manners. Obviously the employees I had the displeasure of talking to today do not care about their potential customers.
I agree, the prices are great, but they seriously need to learn to be nice to their customers

They don't take appointments so it's first come first serve, which I prefer in a service. I showed up first thing to get my winter tires mounted onto my tires. The gentlemen who was working in the shop was quick to tell me how I should have winter rims "That's what everyone else does!"
So I decided to entertain him and asked the gentlemen at the front for the cost of 4 wheels. I decided against it, he didn't really explain the breakdown of the price.
He then subtly said "Everyone is always too cheap..."
I don't expect a red carpet treatment but I am amazed how this place is still in business

Just called Champion Tire this morning about snow tires. I have an appt. tomorrow to install snow tires, takes 1/2 hour. Gentleman very pleasant and helpful on the phone.
