If it were possible to give zero stars to this business for what was my first, and certainly will be my last interaction, I would. I went in to have copies of 2 documents made from a file on a key drive. Ten pages in total, for which I supplied my own specialty paper. No price list was visible, and no quote provided prior to beginning the task. I was expecting a few cents a copy, a few dollars in total, at most. She handed me the copies, and still didn't give me a price. When I asked, she said, "ten dollars". I nearly fell over!I asked to see a price list, 15 cents/copy, 49/ colour copy. This was not a photo, or a presentation with a large full colour pie chart, or bar graph spanning 2/3 of the page, this was standard black text, and my name in green, yet she wanted to charge me 49 cents a page. Utterly ridiculous!!In my business I have fairly regular occasion to order business cards, postcards, marketing pages, lawn signs and banners -- certainly now, this business will never see an order for those marketing materials from me, nor any referrals to my friends in the industry with similar requirements. Gouging the customer is definitely not the way to earn future business. Shame on this woman, she gives this business a bad name:(
