The customer service was really unprofessional i booked twice to open an account and in the first time she told me she needs only one specific document so i rebooked for the second time which was a week after and here we go again she told me that she needs an other document bottom line it’s a waste of time and they careless about my time that’s for sure

If you need to do anything more than to get a few hundred from an ATM, don't go to this branch.We came to get a bank draft and we're seated in a Guest area. Then the bank representative was going back and forth from their office space to get information from us. It took forever, and I'm hoping they knew what they were doing.They did have chairs in the office to seat us there, but they kept going back and forth instead.Why do they offer this service if they cannot provide it well?

This longstanding Montgomery CIBC has now switched to a teller-less style of branch; renovated a few months ago. If you wish for teller assistance, you had best go to another branch - closest I am aware of to this location being 1.Varsity, 2. Crowfoot, or 3. up on the hill at Bow Trail and 45th Street SW.
