Deeply frustrated with this branch. I’ve been banking with CIBC FOR 10 years now and service is declining consistently. I would give 0 stars if able.
I already visited 3 branches to deposit a cheque and all of the branches told me to go to the main branch. The teller was condescending and did not help me with the deposit.
I wanted to talk to a financial advisor but she kept on refusing. I also tried to call to book a meeting but I kept being forwarded to voicemail.

2.8 stars is far too generous.
I have been a client of CIBC for 25 years and the treatment I received from on of their tellers on the morning of Thursday, September 12 was deplorable.
I asked to book an appointment with Ashley Cook, someone who manages our portfolio, she told me I couldn’t, fine, no worries. I then asked to book an appointment with someone to open a new joint bank account, to which she replied “we don’t make appointments like that at this branch”. After I left the bank I logged into the app and was able to book an appointment AT THE BANKERS HALL BRANCH.
If you’re considering banking with CIBC don’t. Clearly they don’t value loyalty or new business, and have tellers deciding what their future business looks like. Their peers offer great rewards for opening new accounts so go elsewhere, I guarantee you won’t regret it.

Very bad branch, the manager and one of the customer representatives are disrespectful and they don’t know how to deal with the customer. It was rude and no trust at all

I am honestly surprised to see that the rating for this branch is at 2.8. That is an incredibly generous rating for how slow they are at this branch and especially for how many managers there are standing around doing nothing, except for when they're hovering over the tellers, standing around doing nothing.

This is the best branch of a bank I have ever visited. Employees were nice and helpful and we arrange everything we needed immediately. Especially I would like to thank Mary Ann and Chira for their care.
