Branch is just a receptacle for ATM machines, no more. Representative was helpless and unfriendly. She explained, today (Wednesday) is some of the days, they don’t accept any customers.
I was there just to help my friend (language), and realized how happy I am with Scotiabank.

Came to unlock my credit card. I called the hotline and waited for 2 hours and no one answered me. When I arrived, the manager told me that he could not help me. I don't understand, the hotline doesn't answer for 2 hours, the manager says he can't help because he keeps calling the same number. What the hell. The worst banking. I just changed banks and closed all accounts here, thanks for using my time. (The credit card itself was blocked every 3 months)

This location is an absolute joke. From parking to the tellers. Came in on a Monday afternoon and was told they only had 1 teller and no one could be helped for at least an hour. Was basically told to come back. There are no other CIBC locations in the area, and my bills were due. Wish Costco had never switched to CIBC cause they are awful.

This location screws me constantly with my weekend banking requirements. They either close with no explanation or simply can't access my stuff in the vault because the guy with the key may or may not show up and if he is no one can say when. I don't have countless hours and days to wait for access on your time and have even consider filing suit for deceptive business practices. Do your banking elsewhere.

I went to the bank during opening hours to make a deposit. Three tellers were working, however I was advised that they all needed to go on lunch at the same time and therefore I would have to come back in 40 minutes.
