I had went into the store to redeem two free gifts and pay for another Gift I won on the Circle K Game App. The Representative started yelling and screaming Profanity I was explaining the Transaction. The Representative then Startied to give me the middle finger and Refusing Me... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, The worker Should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY !!!!! Secondly the store is always dirty , smells and I Have seen MICE..Time to call Head Office and Alberta Health Services... Avoid Very UNPROFESSIONAL and everything is always broken.... The funniest thing is it was Easter Sunday Morning.....

I don't typically write reviews but, I made a door dash order, they got 2 things wrong AND only gave me 1 of the two things I had ordered. I wanted some popcorn, chips, 2 strawberry milks, a cookies n cream Twix bar(I wanted to try it) and a plain milk chocolate dairy milk bar, I was given 1 strawberry milk, the chips and popcorn, regular Twix bar and the wrong dairy milk bar, I'm not upset about it, just hoping they can double or triple check Doordash orders to make sure everything is correct or maybe even call the customer if they're out of something

The hours say 24/7 that is clearly wrong, I came at exactly 12pm and they were closed no staff in site, it wouldn't be so infuriating if it weren't the only convince store in the area that is open past 10pm. Or at least the false advertising they're putting out says they're open past 10pm but they're rarely ever open past that time . I wish I could give 0 stars.

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy koala cones (candy). Price was $3.99 or 2 for $7. The young clerk wouldn’t honour the listed price and tried charging $10.57 for the two. Awful experience and too bad they can’t get 0 stars

Worst Cirlce K I s2ear this s8de of wrst3rn Canada. Terrible customer service. Claim to open 24/7 and then close half the time for ridul9us reasons that aren't even valid. I uo0e they sell this place and bring back the sev. At least their hours of operation were what they said they were and at least they had stock.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because one of the employees Dishant went above and beyond to meet my needs as a high maintenance customer while everyone else pretty much just blows me off. Thanx Dishant you deserve a raise!!!

Would give them a 0 if I could they advertise old deals then get upset when you tell them about it. Right in front of the chips they had 2 for 7.50 then got upset with me for pointing it out!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
