The women working at this store should not be working here at all. They refuse to open the door OR serve customers at the window. The woman working today (Sunday March 9 at 11:00am) served me yesterday but refused to let me in today. When I called the store, while standing infront of it, she answered the phone and still tried to pretend she had no idea what I was talking about, made me recite the address of the store and time it happened (2 minutes prior) all while seeing me outside on the phone, and then she said “if I remember you correctly you tried to buy something and your card didn’t work so you ran out with the items”. What? I’d love to see some footage or proof of this happening. I’ve always paid for my items. She refused to give her name, but was confident enough to accuse me of something I didn’t do. The behaviour of people who work at this Circle K has become disgusting. Go down the road to the 8th st or Mission location where service is ten times better.

I've lived in the beltline for almost 7 years now, this used to be our go to convenience store. I avoid this area at all costs now due to the unsafe, and dirty surroundings. I have a lot of sympathy for the guys who work at this Circle K - the crap they have to deal with on a daily business, I'm sure, does not reflect in their paycheck.

Avoid this store at all cost. An absolute joke. Locked up completely 24 hours a day, and will only serve you through the tiny window, and only by intercom. Unbelievable. Tried a couple nights ago to get 2 bags of Hawkins Cheezies. Asked 3 times and only got blank stares from the clerk. If the staff is clueless about the products they serve, what is the point of asking at the window? This location NEVER has hot food available as advertised, never has bus tickets, the machine to check lottery tickets is not working, clerk's are incredibly rude and condescending, and there is ALWAYS a mob of people outside openly smoking meth, fighting, harrassing people, etc. This location is unsafe, unclean, unappealing and is certainly not a "convenience" store. Shame on the owners and management. Just shut it down. Odd that the 7-11 a few blocks away doesn't feel the need to lock their doors 24 hours a day. Stay away from this store for your own safety and sanity.

Went at 11pm it was through a window, was about to pay, he took my cars, he said my tap is not working, then he proceeded to ask me what my pin is so he can do it himself. Shady. Probably illegal infact.

All the windows boarded up, homeless blocking the entrance, and it appeared business was being conducted through the window and there was no entry into the store.

What is the point of “selling” hot food if you are apparently ALWAYS sold out? And then to not even contact skip the dishes to see if I wanted to substitute or cancel my order, this store sent out my delivery with over half the items requested missing. So I had to deal with getting a hold of Skip and waited 15 minutes just to recieve my money back from the missing items. However, if I knew the hot food I wanted was not available I would have cancelled my order so that I could have enough money to order from somewhere else. But this store decided it’s okay to send off an order without asking the paying customer first. Thanks, guess now I have to eat chips for dinner since I can’t afford to order from anywhere else now.Maybe you should take the hot food off your menu. Or at least update your Skip and don’t show it’s available when it is not.
