Great little Circle K location located in Queensland/Deer Run. There is a Husky gas station attached, and a pump to fill your tires at one end of the store. The actual convenience store is a bit small, but they have a good enough variety of products available. The service here has always been quite good for me. The employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient at their jobs. Would definitely recommend if you live in the area!

Management needs to teach the employee's how to tell if a propane tank is expired. I brought a tank that was certified 05/20 and he wouldn't swap because he said it's expired. I tried to explain to him 05/20 isn't the expiration date but the certification date which means it's good until 2030. The employee was very rude and started yelling at me when tried to explain lol.

One of the most disrespectful places you can call. You get ignored on call and have to call back several times just to be told they won't give you a price over the phone. I'm not wasting gas or transit money to come ask you. Get your priorities together and treat your customers with respect!

Well , the rude employee has already been kicked out, customer service is great, if you are asked if need a bag after your transaction is completed, you will not pay 5 cents. Most of the employees are freindly, give great services. But this is notpossible to discuss prices over the phone , this is against the official policy. This is not the store policy , this the Government policy, not to discuss gas prices over the phone.

I used to stop here for hot dogs and a slurpee all the time loved there hot dogs and the service was friendly, today however I have had the worst experience in customer service maybe he was having a bad day so I won't name him but I patiently waited for him to service the customers at the till when I noticed him come out to the ice cream cooler I asked a simple question did he have any fresh gouda dogs cooking the one on the grill looked like it had been there for hours and was Grey and wrinkly he then told me they are fresh, um that was not fresh lol which I told him so but all I had asked was if he happened to have any fresh ones cooking I didn't want excuses or lies a simple sorry no would have sufficed and I would have settled for the fresher looking Angus dog with no fuss but he didn't he lied, and got frustrated with me and telling me they can only have so many out at a time.... hey I get that but that was not my question... customer service 101 LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS QUESTION and give a simple answer .... and I'm sorry if your dogs look that bad they should be taken off and replaced not try to sell them and make someone sick lol

Absolutely awful service here, the people at the counter will argue with you over small things and refuse to give money back when you ask. Refuse to help with any small issues and VERY *FRUSTRATING* experience!

If there was an option to give -⭐️ I’d be giving this a -5. I’m always willing to give a business a second chance because bad days happen, we all have them. But this isn’t the first, second or even third chance. It’s the 4th. I assume he is the owner because I’ve only ever dealt with him and everytime he is incredibly disrespectful and rude. If a customer comes and purchases a handful of stuff that you know can’t be carried it is polite and great customer service to ask BEFORE they pay if they’d like to purchase a bag, not wait until they finish paying. Then when they say yes, you say 5 cents and remind them they can’t pay with a debit card. It’s also terrible customer service to not even acknowledge customers, or speak to them as they pay for items.I’ve never seen customer service this bad in my life. He should be ashamed and learn what being in the customer service industry means, and the proper etiquette before he loses his business

Shersham is the most rude and inconsiderate person I have ever met in the service industry. Not one but multiple unprovoked and extremely rude instances that Im considering not using circle k at all. After confusing my nationality (cherokee) with his own disgusting idea of Canadian aboriginal culture and insulting myself and my girlfriend in a fit of discrimination, didn't even ask us if we wanted a bag for our dozen items, demanded that we pay cash and refused to allow a purchase of a bag with our debit cards after accepting our 68 dollar purchase and watching us use our debit card because cash wasn't an option. Absolutely the worst cashier and not fit for service industry. I'm insulted by this man being there and allowed to harass customers. He even Parks his own vehicle at the pump all night while other people wait behind customers for a pump unnecessarily.

Slurpee for the kids after basketball? Sure. This is a quick place to stop in. I kina miss getting the cup from the counter and then just being able to walk out (it's back - at least it was...- to cups being at the slush counter and payment after rather than before). There are always some that don't work, but more that do - and it's quick. We haven't gotten sick yet (fingers crossed!)

Maybe don't say 24hours if the door is locked with nobody to be found every night. No doorbell or sign visible and knocking is just ignored.

Never met a nice staff member here. My son needed a bus pass to get to school and the guy was too lazy to go to the safe to get it. Lost my business indefinitely. I will go the extra 3 blocks to 7-11. At least they are pleasant and helpful.
