I was running errands today and on my list was to drop off some items for consignment.
When I got to the door I saw a sign that said consignment is by appointment only so I apologized and requested to make an appointment.
The lady was so sweet she saw there were only a few items, took a look and we went over the process and everything so I can be better prepared next time.
Will definitely be back when I do my spring clothes swap!
For the people who complain about parking….
The kids shop next door is very busy I bring my kids items here… it’s nuts all of the time! and honestly if clotheshorse didn’t have a designated spot which I’m sure they pay for , there would be no parking for clotheshorse customers which could be a deterrent for bringing items in
To sum it up the staff are very kind, good quality items, and parking to unload is absolutely necessary.

I was at the store when the so called cone incident happened to the guy who left. 1 star rating. He parked in the Clotheshorse loading spot and then unloaded his children stuff and took it to the kids store. They have their own loading zone and he should not have parked where he did. The store person came out when I left and saw the cone knocked over and was putting it on his hood to see it when he came back from wherever he was shopping which was NOT unloading consignment product for ClothesHorse as the big sign stipulates. So he was in the wrong ! I left so don’t know the rest but that spot is essential to customers of Clotheshorse often unloading a lot of product. They are a great store, most helpful, nice and I have never been there when it is empty of customers. SO don’t pay attention to. 1 star rating. It is a great consignment store and always something great to find and buy.

My partner and I parked in their 30 minute customer parking zone but figured before we entered the store that we would take our stuff into the store right next door and then come into clothes horse to do our shopping. When I came back out of the other store I was greeted by the owner (I assume) who was placing a parking cone on top of my hood of my vehicle and she proceeded to get mad at me for parking there when we didn't go directly into her store. I told her that we were planning on coming in immediately after dropping off our items next door but that wasn't a good enough answer for her and proceeded to get mad at me for running over her cone (which I very clearly didn't as the cone is in perfect condition) she then proceeded to position the cone so that it was inevitable for me to crush it when I left the spot. When my partner came and moved the cone so I would not crush it on my way out the owner came out and proceeded to yell at us and try to move her cone back into the spot to which I told her "my partner moved the cone so I wouldn't run it over do you want your cone run over?" She then began to berate us while also trying to record my vehicle as well as trying to record me leaving her parking using her personal cell phone. We didn't end up going into the business purely because of this experience and we will happily never return. And to the owner if you really curious about who the guy was, he's right here writing this review. The way you acted in front of my fiance and child was wild. I can now see why your store is frequently empty.

Crystal went over and above both times I visited her store. The first time, I was looking for a formal dress for a concert. When I described to her what I was looking for, she said she didn't have anything currently in store but that she had a dress in her personal closet that might fit the bill. Amazing! She was as good as her word and loaned me her own formal gown for my event, not even accepting my offer to have it dry-cleaned before returning it to her. The second time, I was shopping for a top for myself. I found one I liked, though it had a faint make-up spot on the shoulder. At the till, I asked her what she would suggest to remove it (I wasn't concerned and just wanted her recommendation for the best way to remove it). Once again she went above and beyond, and promptly discounted the item substantially. Customer service is definitely a top priority, given both my experiences at Crystal's store - thanks very much, Crystal!

The lady working was very helpful and they always have the best selection out of all the consignment stores in terms of both clothing quality and wear. Finding brand new items for a very reasonable price is not uncommon

Owner is extremely rude and crass. Will never shop there again or consign there. Will make sure to also advise my friends and family to also never go there. No one deserves to be treated as though they are an irritation for shopping in their store. Plates closet is across the parking lot so I will direct all my business there instead.

These ladies are straight up rude. I went in a few times, they didn’t even say hi or acknowledge my presence. They continued chatting amongst each other. This was the case every time. Not helpful or kind. They are very in your face about their parking spot and before even walking in the door they come out to make sure you’re going into their shop…not inviting at all. I’d shop elsewhere ??♀️

All I did was park my car and take a call before entering to shop and the owner started yelling at me because i was in a loading zone when I was going to unload 2 bags of clothes, needless to say I will not be shopping or giving clothes here today as I had planned. Such a shame that customers are scolded for parking and not coming into shop fast enough. How rude.

Amazing service at this store. They have NEW and used and I have been there 3 times this week and keep getting some amazing scores:Fly London Sandals $60, Marc Jacobs sport dr $60, Burberry Sweater $100. etc etc
