Nice clothes but ridiculous customer service. The Caucasian lady looked so annoyed and impatient when I was asking serious questions.
Obviously I don't expect the Zegna or Brunello Cucinelli kind of personalized service where I paid $10000 CAD for an evening suit, but at least try answering my questions with some substance so that I can see if I can find what I want.

I am not the type to leave reviews, but I was just amazed at Priya’s shining & bubbly personality, and lovely customer service. She immediately checked in on us when we stepped foot inside and was very willing to help. Thank you Priya!

The location is great, selection could use some improvement. But I gave them 5 stars because the customer service was phenomenal! Specifically Morgan who made sure my experience was a fantastic one. I'll be coming back to this store for sure, thank you Morgan!

I came to this store yesterday and as I walked in, there was a staff gossiping with another customer and he saw me then looked away like he didn't see me. And as I walked near the counter, there were two staff standing and never bothered to greet or offered me help. I bet these people were never trained of customer service and only come to work to get paid to stand and chitchat.

Just spent 2 hours at Club Monaco and got a completely new wardrobe. Jan is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, and knows everything to do with sizes, colours and different fits.He has amazing eye for outfits, he was absolutely amazing and helped a massive amount.Get Jan!!

When you go there and the staff make you feel you did not buy enough... Too obvious they have a cut and have a smile because of it before the credit card is out of your wallet... Perfect example of a failed tip/bonus mechanism.

I recently bought clothes at this location. The service was excellent. It is rather unfortunate that I did not take the name if the gentleman and lady who were on staff. I will definitely return to shop at this location.

Went to Club Monaco - at Chinook Centre, as I needed an outfit for an upcoming wedding this long week-end! I was so impressed by the clothing and the help that I received from Devon (and some other staff members who where so friendly). Devon help me put together a few outfits that are interchangeable. So helpful, friendly and made me feel so good in my new outfits. I will be back. Thank you so much Devon!

Kevin was awesome! The best customer service I could ask for. I’ve been looking for a dress for 3 weeks for a wedding that is in 2 days. I literally tried on every skirt and dress on in the store , not once but twice! I found a dress!!! Kevin, you really are the best, thank you so much :)

Iris was amazing help. Very patient, showing us many different options and going to the trouble to let us know the washing/handling. Even when some issues came up, she was so comforting & helpful to our grandma.

I drove here in a snowstorm to purchase a gift card. Not only were they out of gift cards but they couldn’t tell me when they would be back in stock. That said, the staff was friendly and apologetic.
