Monday before Christmas and 2 cashiers. They are friendly but SLOW. $2 general mark up on Co-Op products from other stores should afford customers a better experience. I am now extremely late

Mostly positive had great help from customer service on multiple occasions. One staff member (cashier) was kinda rude to me today. Made me feel I was a bother.

Had a disappointing experience at Calgary Co-op Crowfoot Bakery recently. I Ordered a custom cake for my husband’s 40th birthday, the image was a caricature I created of him holding a football. The bakery refused to make it, claiming it was an NFL player (it wasn’t). There were no logos or anything remotely copyright within the image I created. Even after I sent proof, they wouldn’t proceed. Felt like racial profiling and poor customer service. Ended up canceling and going elsewhere. Co-op, please review your policies and train staff better, this should never happen.

Was there today Dec 3rd, 2025, around 620pm, I hardly go here but when I came I was looking for fresh beets couldn’t find it so I asked customer service, she said it’s out of stock but I’ll find frozen. First of all she wasn’t friendly, didn’t say hi or anything. And what I was looking for was actually in the produce. I also mentioned to her that the a frozen meat was expired and she told me to tell the meat department however that’s not my job. I was kind enough to bring to their attention and she should actually tell their staff department themselves. They are selling frozen Keg Pattie’s for a special of $16.10 when it’s expired (Nov 19th, 2025) I don’t think that is good for the general public (pictures attached)
Edit in response, you still or shouldn’t sell EXPIRED meat to consumers, they can get sick. That’s why it has an expired date

A good place for groceries. I found most of the ingredients I needed for my Vietnamese meal. My partner also received membership savings.
