The first time I went to get my mom a bag as a gift. I chose the bag, the associate took the bag from my hand told me she will get the new one from the back end. Nothing, she went halfway to the back, returned and kept the bag back on the display. I told her i want to make a purchase. She said I can give her my contact details and she will contact me when the store have the bag. Like what? She didn't even go to the back to check and neither anyone called telling me they have it in stock. I had to get a different brand bag instead.
Went back to other day, asked her about the accessories, she was completely off topic: you can check online if coach provides it or not. You are handling a store, some knowledge would be helpful to people.

The staff at this location are absolutely disgusting human beings I purchased just over $2500 worth of product between multiple locations. One of those purchases was a belt in which I was told it could be cut at any location for my son when I brought the belt into your Chinook location. The staff were absolutely horrid with regards to the service the attitude and tone right away was like this was beneath them, and taking them away from the floor they stated that they would not cut the belt for me because I had purchased it at the outlet location in CrossIron Mills now that location told me that I could get it cut at the Chinook location and when the Chinook location said that they could not cut it and would not cut it I had to go up to the CrossIron location once again, which is about 45 minutes half hour drive and they wouldn’t cut it either. When I asked to speak to the manager the security guard gate keep the manager from being spoken to. I also called in and experienced the same tactic. I asked to speak to the manager they said what do you need to speak to the manager for? I said that is a Matter for me and the manager, please patch me through he refused. He wanted me to provide him. The reason I needed to speak to the manager. the service throughout this whole experience has been absolutely disgusting and not only will I never spend a red cent with your company again, but I’m going to encourage my large following of friends and family to do the same. I am disgusted by this company that I have supported for a long long time and you will no longer have that support.

I recently visited the Coach store, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, Olga was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. They went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, offering personalized suggestions without ever feeling pushy.
Compared to other stores I’ve visited, the service at Coach truly stands out. The team demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a genuine willingness to help—qualities that are increasingly hard to find. Their commitment to creating a positive shopping experience made my visit memorable.

I bought two bags at this location and was asking only for one dust bag for the other bag I bought. It took 4 people to explained to me that some bags doesn’t come with dust bag. Each SA has their own say why the other bag didn’t have dust bag. I was happy with the quality of the bags I bought but was not happy with the way SA’s handled the situation. The two SA’s even talked to their own language after talking to me (not professional at all). They say some smaller bag doesn’t comes with it. I bought the same size and same style of bag. But how come one bag has one and the other one don’t. So dissappointed!

I forgot to leave a review but I had a really great experience from this location especially from the worker name Nataly, right when I walked in she greeted me and complemented my coach bag. I really do love shopping at coach but usually online only, but Nataly really gave me a great experience shopping here also I came in when the mall was about to close but she didn’t mind at all and gave me a full experience. I really appreciate Nataly for giving me a great customer service skills & helping me buy a perfume for my Mom. I would totally come back here when I visit Calgary again!

Terrible customer service . I called to see about a bag and the man I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful. He didn't take any time to look into what I was asking and kept brushing me off . He effectively changed my mind about purchasing a bag with coach .
