“My beautiful, hand built Antec tower computer easily cleared the hurdle from Windows 7 to Windows 10 way back when, but stumbled when it came time to make the leap to Windows 11. Joel, the owner of Computer Rack, could feel my grief but quickly pointed out the reality to me that I probably should have upgraded sooner. He assessed my needs and offered me a ThinkCentre computer that is about 10 generations quicker than what I was saying goodbye to… and at a fraction of the cost of a brand-new computer.
After Joel finished setting it up and moving my files across from old to new, I took it home and fired it up and just realized how right he was. Thank you, Joel. I am bragging about you to anyone who will listen.”

They really made the move easy, even when we keep making changes to what was needed from what was originally discussed.
They were so accommodating to all our requests and no request was too hard for them!
For example, even thou it wasn’t originally planned, they disassembled the desks and set them back up in the new space.
Once all the future was assembled, we realized we had too much furniture for the space. CSS took the extra furniture for temporarily storage in their warehouse (cheaper than renting a storage unit).
Finally, they fixed a few little furniture issues before they left.
I would recommend and use the CCS team for any office move. They removed the stress of moving – thank you.”

“I had a full on panic attack when my laptop wouldn't charge or hold power. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the worn out charging port that morning, charging me a reasonable price. I very much appreciate all their efforts to get me back to work.”
“After buying a new pc with windows 11 on it a few months ago i recently realized i couldn't play some of my old games on it. After trying a bunch of things to no avail i called memory express in the ne where i purchased the computer and was told they couldn't help me. I decided to try the Dalhousie location where i had purchased my laptop and spoke with Angela in service and was given a lesson in what excellent customer service really is. She was patient and kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and more helpful than i could have ever dreamed. She asked lots of questions about what i had done to fix the issue and eventually suggested i bring my tower in and she could have a look. In a short period of time she had it all figured out and patiently waited while i took notes so i could apply it to other games i had at home. She then helped me with another purchase i wanted to make and i was on my way. Absolutely the best customer service i have ever had! (And I'm old :/ ) Thanks so much Angela! I truly appreciated all your help and can't thank you enough!!!”

This is by far been one of my favorite locations to visit and it's been consistently extraordinary.
Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Harry, was incredibly receptive professional and able to identify what I needed concisely and efficiently while still maintaining an excellent personability.
Once he helped me find what I need, I was redirected to the front where I was introduced to another Best Buy employee by the name of Shabnam.
Throughout the whole process of working with her as well, it was extraordinarily professionally handled and exceptionally empathetic and she used excellent active listening throughout the whole engagement.
We also got additional help from Tamay (I do apologize if I've spelled it wrong!), who brought up additional senior experience to be able to even further assist me throughout the process.
The entire experience of simply buying something simple like I was buying, was so much more professional and elevated to such a level of quality that I absolutely had to bring it forward to the team.
Easily 10 out of 10 for all of you.
This whole location is filled with wonderful people who truly do care. And I am so grateful that I got to once again experience the extraordinary customer service and above and beyond professionalism of this location here in Calgary.
