I’ve been visiting this mall frequently lately and my favorite spot has to be the top floor in the garden. Very peaceful to bring a book and relax, enjoy some food. If you’re lucky you might catch someone play a nice tune on the piano!

Navigating getting from one floor to the other gets a bit confusing because the escalators are not all at the same place. Restrooms only on the top floor.

Escalators were broken down during the extremely busy shopping season. One elevator going up and down for thousands of people is not a smart backup policy. Food court is ok but lacking in halal options. Also needed are more water fountains for drinking water. And the policy they have of having to ring an intercom to use the family washroom for changing diapers is lameßrained.

Not very crowded, but plenty of concerning folk. Be a little on edge/careful around the mall. Otherwise, it’s pretty good. Good dining at the food hall, good options for shopping. If you want more of a crowd if you’re that kind of person, I say go to CF Chinook Mall

Great shopping mall in downtown Calgary, good selection of stores and restaurants and connects to the +15, biggest challenge is rest rooms are only on the 4th floor

This is a fantastic store to support indigenous artists , this gifts plus in the core supports so many amazing artists , and the store owner / operator is a very friendly and inviting man. He was so wonderful to speak with , I would recommend this little shop to anyone looking to add a nice piece of locally crafted art to their collection. Sooo many different items with indigenous art works on them . I love the selection .

I remember this mall back when it was called the Eaton's Centre. The mall was a pleasant surprise - still very vibrant, and lots of great stores. And with the Plus-15, you can get to the mall from many downtown buildings without going outside

It's a beautiful place, but seems odd in such a big city that it closes so early, especially Devonian Gardens. Anyone with a day job outside downtown can't even reasonably access/enjoy it until the weekends. Just wondering if this really is the optimum business model for a major city like ours...?
