I rented form here for 3 years everything was great I had a friend and his mom who lived in the house on the property for 6 years the property was run down the city of Calgary told them they can not rent it, they never complained while they live there the landlord decided to raise the rent from 1700 to 2600 which didn't include the utilities that the people in the house were paying turns out we're paying for the complete property the landlord got so greedy that he kicked him out and then kicked me out because he went from 1300 to 3,000 the security cameras don't even work due to having a lot of friends who rent spaces there which third stuff got broken in to and stolen
DONT RENT FORM THEM when your stuff gets stolen they won't cover it or call the cops greedy family who owns it and the the management is shady
