I visited CosmoProf early this morning because both their website and the sign outside the store clearly state that the shop opens at 8:30 AM. However, even after 10:00 AM, the store was still closed.
I had been waiting there for quite some time, and during that period, several other customers came and left because the store was not open. This caused a complete waste of my time.
More importantly, my business was affected. I had clients waiting for me, and I needed to purchase products for them. Because the store did not open on time, I was unable to get the products, which directly impacted my work and business.
Due to incorrect opening hours and poor management, both my time and business were wasted because of CosmoProf. I believe the company should take responsibility and provide compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused.
CosmoProf should also ensure that their store hours are accurate and followed, so other customers do not face the same issue in the future.

Went on a rainy day in June and had a lovely experience with Charlene C. She was so helpful and kind and really made a quick stop for hair supplies, a nice experience. I come often and am always greeted with friendly smiles and people willing to help. Thank you for making my day that much better, Charlene!

Every time I come here I have a strange experience. From the male staff member making strange comments about how me and my friends pay, to picking something small up and the staff having to go down an aisle to grab it. Not sure why it wouldn't be behind the counter with the other holds? I feel like the staff could use more work with their customer service. The store itself is always tidy and easy to navigate, so no complaints there. Deals are on par for what you see these days. Not mind-blowing, but there are some.

Customer service is great, they're always so friendly and helpful. Love the selection, pricing has gone up, but the sales are good when they have them. It is a licensed shop, so you have to have your hair license to shop here. Their sister company is Sally's beauty supply, where you don't need a license to shop.

The best customer service always!! I’ve been to this location multiple times in the last couple of days, each time Karen has helped me out with finding great products for my hair. She made the best recommendations didn’t make me feel rushed and spent her time looking around with me making sure to ask questions so she could understand exactly what I am looking for. She’s the best!! Thank you

Cosmoprof south in Calgary is fantastic. I have received help from them time and time again. This time it was to deal with my wild wavy/curl…. Nothing was working! Until I bumped into Derrick!!! I have SO MUCH gratitude for them! They new EXACTLY what I needed and the best thing about this branch is they NEVER make you feel like an inconvenience or hassle of any kind. They are always willing to drop what they’re doing to assist, answer all my questions and even give me some suggestions and advice when needed. I prefer this store because it has a warm, friendly small town feel to it. I never feel judged or ostracized when I’m there. Which I cannot say about most other salon distributors in the area.
Derrick! You were absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much once again for showing such passion in what you do.
