A big thankyou to Loch, Arlan and the rest of the team at Cosmos. Just picked up our Porsche Cayman after major repairs. The customer service right from initial assessment of the damage to development of the detailed estimate, repair plan / schedule and actual execution of the work was excellent. Arlan provided weekly updates re progress with pictures. The quality of the work both structural and finishing including paint was perfect. The repair required and involved the car being shipped to the dealership (Porsche Centre Calgary) re removal the muffler system for the repair work to proceed. This was all completed per the repair plan. Overall we were very pleased with the quality of the actual repair work and associated communication provided by Arlan throughout the repair process.

Overall I had a great experience at Cosmos Collision. Arlan was super helpful in getting the part in for my repair and getting my car booked in. The check in process in the morning wasn't overly smooth as they didn't seem totally knowledgeable about what was to be done. However when I asked to see Arlan he came out and discussed what was going to be done with the car. I felt much better after talking with him. They had the car done in a timely fashion and arranged with the 3rd party to have them come in and pay. It was a very small job, but they still washed my car and it looked great!

Cosmos Collision recently fixed a small dent in the rear fender of my Audi RS5. I couldn’t be more happy with the result! Loc and his staff are top notch, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Loc even took time out of his day to show me some tips on maintaining the paint and shine in my car!
I really appreciated their work and professionalism. I would not hesitate to bring my car there again if needed.

I brought my Tesla Model Y for a bumper repair and very satisfied with the work done and most of the communication amongst all staff including the owner Loc! I had a little issue but Loc the owner of Cosmos was kind enough to call to make sure I was happy and left happy. Really appreciated the emails from Viet as well they met my timeline without compromising quality of their work. Thank you again to Loc and all the staff at Cosmos - i would definitely go back for all my cars auto body needs.

I had my Supra done here a couple years back as I just sold my Supra and wanted to shed some light and leave a review sharing my experiences working with this shop. Overall not super negative, but wanted to leave some feedback for the company.
The owners and staff can be unethical/unprofessional with how they do things. I found poor repair of the plastic inner piece of my door handle(it was still broken when I picked it up, but only noticed it later that week as it was minor and didn't want to waste time bringing it back to the shop). Looking back at it - it would have been best to get the dent repaired at a PDR shop as they quoted $450 to get that fixed.
I think I spoke with Arlan the individual who gave the quote for my repairs. I think they he may have seen this as an opportunity to cash in big with a larger claim and wanted to replace the whole door with paint correction.
That's pretty much the only unethical thing I've noticed and only want to bring to light as always had a thought about how over blown the repair process was for such a small dent. They did a great job and even did some paint correction for the bumper which I thought was nice of them. I think the way they approached it could have been more ethical or honestly communicated.
- Over repair under the guise of structural damage or integrity of the part. I had a tiny dent and scratch on my Supra, but they wanted to upsell it from a $1500 claim to $5100 claim with my insurance which I found very odd.
Other than that, the people are friendly, but I think the owner needs to work on integrity and maybe instil better values onto the company and team.

I wouldn't wish the experience I had with Cosmos Collision on my worst enemy. Trying to get my 2023 Tesla repaired after a covered loss turned into a nightmare. Not only did they display a complete lack of professionalism and understanding, but they also crossed serious boundaries by demanding personal financial information before proceeding with repairs, despite written approval of their estimate by the handling adjuster and my willingness to come in to pay the deductible in advance, prior to the shop ordering parts.
As if dealing with a damaged vehicle wasn't stressful enough, I was met with unnecessary and invasive hurdles. I had to follow up with the shop 3 times simply to obtain an estimate, a process that took over 4 months, and had 2 appointments for the work rescheduled at the last minute impacting my schedule as I am from out of town.
It's unacceptable for a business to impose constructive delays on your covered loss. This is not only unethical but also potentially illegal under the insurance act, and AMVIC.
I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Cosmos Collision. Their actions demonstrate a disregard for customer privacy and a willingness to exploit a vulnerable situation for their own gain. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable repair shop that respects your rights and prioritizes your satisfaction. I caution those using social proofing prior to using this shop, as I am not confident all reviews are from legitimate customers.
