I believe cashiers should be equipped with calculators to ensure accurate transactions. It's frustrating when mistakes are made due to simple math errors, especially when it leads to customer dissatisfaction. Additionally, if there are issues with product shortages or missing stock, it would be more productive to investigate internally rather than placing blame on customers. Everyone deserves a positive experience, and addressing these concerns effectively could help improve the service overall.

They never answer the phone no courtesy to even pick up and say that they are not available.

They get auto messages mixed up too frequently. Some staff can be very rude.
This outlet used to be so much better.
Disappointed in Costco which I hv always loved.

There is one Pharmacist there that is extremely rude to everyone.
Management needs to do corrective action, allowing him to berate customers is extremely disappointing for Costco's brand.

I had a middle-aged asian lady get my meds for me when they were ready this evening. When she asked "do you need to speak to the pharmacist?" I didn't understand what she meant, and she seemed to get visibly angry/upset when she had to explain that the pharmacist can show me how to use the medication if I have not used it before. She then proceeded to stuff the papers and medication into the bag aggressively, and slammed the stapler back on the desk when she was finished using it. She was very rude and made the situation very uncomfortable. I'm surprised someone lacking even the most basic customer service skills is allowed to work here, and it was honestly pretty embarrassing watching a middle-aged lady throw a fit like a child just because of such a short interaction.

I'm surprised it has even 2 1/2 Stars this place is a joke absolute worst pharmacy in calgary, I think they're all related or something so they're just rude as hell cuz they know nothing will ever happen to them

Went to pick up a prescription at 4:45 pm. It was to be ready by noon today. After waiting 90 minutes I got to the desk and gave my information and they told me they needed to prepare the prescription and I would need to wait another hour.

I used to like Costco till we were in need of a dryer. We ordered it online and it was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. They set a delivery time for us but didn't show up. My husband had to take a day off and stay home. Then they postponed it to the day after, again they didn't come bringing all the excuses they could imagine. Then they set a time and they came way earlier than that and till we get home they were gone and then they called and said they can not deliver it because their truck has problems. We returned the dryer. If I could give zero star I would. This is a terrible customer service.
