I used to like Costco till we were in need of a dryer. We ordered it online and it was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. They set a delivery time for us but didn't show up. My husband had to take a day off and stay home. Then they postponed it to the day after, again they didn't come bringing all the excuses they could imagine. Then they set a time and they came way earlier than that and till we get home they were gone and then they called and said they can not deliver it because their truck has problems. We returned the dryer. If I could give zero star I would. This is a terrible customer service.

Honestly there isn't much to say, overall it's a good grocery store to buy in bulk but this Costco location in particular I would not recommend. According to friends that live in other countries, Canada Costco's have a very low variety of products and although the snacks are nice I wish there were more options. The service is good and the products are good quality and pricing as well. Costco is a great store, I'm not saying it isn't, it's just this location isn't one I would be inclined to visit regularly.

Absolutely disappointed with the way I was treated today. I know you want your cashiers to be "fast", however respect is still necessary. Your cashier Vaneeta S. literally threw my items into the cart and she certainly did not ask if I wanted a box. After that in a low voice she told me how much the cost was, that wasn't a problem I heard the first number, not her fault. She gave me my receipt and I stood waiting for my cart to be pushed forward. By then Vaneeta was serving another customer and I was forgotten.I admit at that point I was very angry and wondered if this woman didn't like my look, I truly hope racism was not part of the issue here but I felt horrible. She noticed that I didn't take a few steps to move the cart on my own so she addressed me by calling me "dear". Yes I'm a senior, still we have feelings. I don't want anyone ever to lose their job because of a complaint from me, however I do expect that Costco train their employees to be respectful to all people. This is a multicultural country and we all deserve to be treated properly.You "Costco" want the aisle to move quickly then maybe you need to hire more staff. Vaneeta may have been operating under pressure, if so then it's Costco that is to blame. Enough said....

I recently visited the Costco and had a mixed experience. While some attendants were friendly and efficient, I observed a noticeable contrast with some of the attendants.It seemed like this attendant wasn't entirely happy with their role, reflecting in their demeanor and the extra time taken to prepare the food. The overall vibe was somewhat off, and it felt like they were reluctant to offer the samples.I believe constructive feedback can be beneficial for improvement. I hope the management addresses these concerns, as a positive and engaging experience greatly contributes to the overall enjoyment of shopping at Costco.

Came here, the employees treat you horrible. I realized once I got to the till I had grabbed broken eggs and the person refused to ask someone to bring some from the back…. Said I have to pay then go get them and come all the way back and deal with them at customer service.She left all the egg yolk all over the counter, said that she has no one to go get the eggs meanwhile there was 3 employees standing around doing nothing… not impressed considering I spend way too much money at this place for that kind of treatment.

Good deals on larger quantities and good value for money, but hellish lineups to pay and crowded busy parking and even turning into and out of the parking g lot into the street. Allow ample of time to shop! There's no "nipping in " here!

Again, I had a very good experience with Stacey and customer service team. Want to shout out to Stacey! A very very big Thank you to you! Stacey is always being so helpful and thoughtful to both members and other staff, everytime I see her, she is helping people with full of patience. Costco should be so proud to have Stacey there for over 30 years!

The people in this place are rude and incompetent. Their staff would break the store policy, but they would make the customer pay the consequences.I purchased a product and checked out and when I was just exit the door I realized I took the wrong size, so I made a U-turn to the entrance door with the item in the cart. I showed my Cosco membership and they let me in. So, I quickly took the size I need to return the wrong size.I purchased the item just few minutes ago and the item description is in the receipt. When it comes to exchange the items, the lady was like " they are not supposed to let come in the store with item in your cart". I was like " that's not my business if they let me in" come on deal with stuff not me I am just a customer. How am I supposed to know your internal store policy?Guest what she said? "You have to wait". I said "why"? I have to go inside to check something. I said here is the two items I just want exchange one for another, all the information are in the receipt and beside the item was purchased a moment ago, so why trying to waste time. She didn't care about what I said. She took my receipt and went inside for about 15 minutes. I was frustrated because she wasted 15 of my time for something that could have be solved in a minute.Give me a good service and deal with staff later.

This location is always busy, it can be challenging to find parking spots on the weekends. But Even though it's always chaotic, the lineup to checkout moves impressively fast.The clothes section is always a mess, but that's understandable with the large number of customers constantly going through them. Other sections are organized and set up well.

This Costco is always the best with multiple exits/entrances to the parking lot. The lineups aren't crazy long either with helpful staff. Clean aisles with great stock.

No Handicap parking available the last 5 times we visited. Only a few parking spaces available on the far side of the store. NE location is so crowded now inside and out.

I love a Costco, this one is good. They were hanging out lots of samples there mid day on a Tuesday. This Costco does not have a Costco liquor store so plan accordingly. They do however sell whole lambs! Don’t see that in interior BC!

I absolutely hate this location. The employees are awful and not helpful. I waited in line at customer service, and they literally took 3 other people who walked up to them. What's the point of the line! and they looked at me, saw that I had been waiting in line for a bit already, and I was supposed to be next. No acknowledgment of what they did, and this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. This has happened to me 3 times.Employees have no common sense or manners at this location.I never have an issue at the other locations.Everyone should be fired and replaced!

I had to make a return to Costco today. It took no effort and was quick. They have to be the easiest company to make a return to as long as you have your receipt. Compared to other companies they have a thumbs up for their customer service!!

Eye centre here is doing such a great job.Get my eye exam done, it was way more affordable than any other eye centre here in town. The dr was so friendly and knowledgeable about what she was doing.The front desk girl was also very friendly and helpful
