Worst experience ever! I just made a membership yesterday, so it was my first time going there today.
When I tried to pay with a visa card, they told me that they do not accept visa, which they should mention upon making your membership.
I did have no other way of paying, so they wanted me to apply for a credit card with Costco. which I was not willing to do. So, I had to remove all my items from the cart and leave.
If you do not accept a visa card, you have to mention it somewhere in bif letters, maybe at the entrance or at the checkouts.
It was a very embarrassing and very, very disappointing first experience at Costco.

Been to all the Costco's in and around the Calgary area. This one is crazy busy no matter what. Only plus is it's the only Costco with a mildly functioning parking lot (multiple ways in and out). I'll drive further next time and avoid this Costco.

I recently visited the Costco pharmacy for my shots, and I have to say that Dr. Hossam is amazing! In the past, getting shots has been pretty painful, but Dr. Hossam made the entire process quick and painless. He was very professional, kind, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. If you’re nervous about getting shots, I highly recommend seeing him — he truly knows what he’s doing. Great experience overall!

Always an abundance and supply of goods. Very helpful staff. Washrooms are clean. Good and fast service at the fast food corner.

Heritage Tire Centre is absolutely top notch! Absolutely amazing. The girls at the front desk are absolutely super friendly and willing to answer all your questions. The tire service was on time and quick to finish. Staff are super accommodating and willing to help. I will never take my tires anywhere else. Thank you Costco tire center.

I always go to this Costco, I went in to meet up with my husband as he was eating at the food court. So I scanned my card to enter into Costco then went to the food court area. When I walked back to the grocery area. This staff named Cassandra with glasses and one side hair shaved was walking out and told me to enter through the entrance so I can scan my card again. She was not nice. I told her I just scanned my card. She continued to say what if I don't have my membership card and tried to get through. I showed her my card. She still continued to tell me in her disciplinary tone of voice to go through the entrance next time. Well Cassandra, why don't u be the security guard of Costco and make sure no one walk back to the grocery area after they used the bathroom or got something to eat? I don't recall staff were rude last time at the same location when they wanted me to upgrade my membership to executive. I don't why Costco would hire rude staff like Cassandra to target the visible minorities.
