It seems this location is very fond of just saying yes to your questions when it comes time to inquiring about membership and the terms and conditions. This way they can collect the funds.. not sure if there's bonuses involved. However when it comes time to having to answer questions because of issues with a membership they are very quick to deny absolutely everything. Even with the terms and conditions printed on paper. I am specifically referring to business memberships. When the question was asked can multiple cards be given out to multiple employees that do not have the same residential address specifically for the purpose that if someone were to forget their card, simply showing their identification would provide them with a temporary slip or the ability to pay for a new printed card. I myself witnessed an individual go in ask these questions be told that it would never be a problem. However when it came time for one of the assigned cards to be reprinted. Now all of a sudden everyone has to have the same residential address. An alleged manager that was not wearing a name tag joined our conversation at the desk and reiterated the same as the previously mentioned employee that too bad so sad everyone has to have the same address. When inquiring about this with the contact us link requesting management, instead of treating it like a potential customer inquiring about this matter, they're refusing to provide said information because I specifically am not on the account, though I would understand this in any other situation. The fact that while we were at the store the individual behind the counter provided us with all the personal information on the account before we even provided identification simply by providing a phone number. So at the store it was okay to divulge someone else's personal information without verifying our identification, but when it comes time to asking questions about this ... Even when asking to forget the membership in question, but to treat it as me the potential customer inquiring how these memberships work, they only want to do this over a phone call and refuse to put it in writing. I'm a big fan of Costco, but it very much appears as though it's the improperly trained clerk that decides how it's going to play out. I'll update further if management chooses to treat this in a professional manner. As of right now, this is the game they're playing. Update: the account opened was not done as per the request of the customer. The DL's provided at time of opening months ago are 2 different locations. Yesterday it was a problem...As predicted, the GM of the store refused to provide a simple explanation of how a business membership should work even upon the request of forgetting about the specific membership # I mentioned but to provide me information as a potential new customer. The GM ignored the general request and opted to deny further information on the account I specifically stated I did not want to discuss.Careful where your money people Calgary.

The most horrible experience with the tire centre. I purchased brand new tires a month ago, and had an appointment to have them installed last night. I showed up to the appointment, and I’m told that my tires were never shipped, and they forgot to call me. The worker is apologetic and reorders the tires for me, and schedules me in the following morning (this morning). I show up again, and am told my tires are not there. They are again apologetic and tell me they will call me today asap when my tires arrive and fit me in no matter what, since I’ve already driven twice to and from a Costco that is 20 mins away from my home. Now it is 5pm, I’ve received no call and when I try to call them the phone rings for 5 mins before disconnecting. Not sure if I’ll ever get these tires but definitely will never go through this again with costco.

This is one of the best places to buy your groceries. They have the best fruit, vegetables, meat, breads, fish, etc. They also have roasted chicken for you to take home for 7.99 probably the best price in the city. After you finished shopping you can stop on your way out to have a hot dog, pizza, chicken fingers already cooked just waiting for you.

Currently my favorite Costco store, I confess that I have avoided going to Costco, due to inflation. But this one has a very good stock.

I I'm a personal shopper and I absolutely hate going to Costco to do this job due to its employees mostly the cashiers. I don't tell them how to do their job but they somehow think it's okay to tell me how to do mine. I've never had more problems than I've had at Costco. I'm told I can't do my own shopping when doing other clients shopping also. But some stores are fine with it. I'm my own boss and if I want to buy my own things while I'm doing personal shopping why can't I?

I love Shopping at Costco with my family, but today was the first time ever to have a bad experience ! . As an executive member , I have an account with my wife, and while I was about to pay , it seems that I forgot my Costco Credit card and was using my wife's. The cashier was extremely rude and started interrogating me about my membership and asked for my driver's license, which I completely understand . However, she started giving me lessons and things I should do next time, such as having my card with me or my wife to be actually there ! . She said that I AM HOLDING UP THE LINE due to this unforgiving mistake that I did !! her facial expressions were bad and she was looking at me in a very weird way !! . I Hope she can get some tips about customer service and how she should addresses clients if there are any issues instead of insulting members for holding up the line ( there was actually just one person behind me ) . I have spoken to the Manager on duty there and hope some actions can be taken

This review is for Gabriel he not only helped my granny, but went above and beyond, she could hardly even make it to her car, he pushed her cart and even helped put all the stuff in the trunk, she told him she was feeling weak he checked if she needed any medical help, she said she would be ok to go home. Thank you Gabriel for taking care of her she is old but loves to shop at Costco and after this experience we will all be shopping at this location. Thank you once again.

After living in Toronto for 24 years, recently, I have migrated to Calgary. The giant warehouse Costco stores, irrespective of their locations in any North American city, are incredibly busy, so although the parking lots are immense, it is challenging to find a spot to park your vehicle. The tremendous popularity of Costco is due to several things including the unparalleled customer service. In addition to tens of departments, lots of useful services, hundreds of diverse merchandise, and unbelievable return policy, Costco has helpful and courteous employees.Last week, I bought two beds - a king and a queen. Since the boxes were too big and heavy for me and my son to lift and keep them on carts and then load them on our vehicles, I went to look for someone who could help.I encountered an employee in the electronic section. When I told him to get me someone from the furniture department, right away he said he would help. When I told he did not belong to the furniture department, he said he belonged to the entire store, and added that Costco was his home. His smiling face and willingness to go out of his way to do his best in order to help customers in any area of the warehouse, created an indelible mark on my mind.Three other employees, busy working outside of the store, helped us to load the boxes on our cars. Although there was no one to supervise them, they did the job patiently with utmost care.Such helpful employees help in making Costco extremely popular.

I enjoy shopping at this location. It usually has a fair amount of stocked sale items, which is nice when looking for the deals. However, I feel the store loses a star due to the fact that the check-out line organization is abysmal. I suggest maybe putting up better signage designating where the people in the check out lines should flow. An example would be self check outs flow to the right, towards the more open pharmacy lanes. While having a cpl, more employees guide others to the shortest checkouts towards the left.

Love this location! It's busy like any Costco, but the employees are always quick and helpful. I find the stock is always full too.The gas bar is usually very fast. Some of the employees from this section go a little too far when waving cars forward. I wish they would let drivers move up to the appropriate spot without their forceful gestures. It's uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Costco pricing makes no sense. It's almost like they have a minimum price point for products and if they can't sell it for that they just stop selling it. The fact that five dozen eggs is $1 cheaper at Costco then buying five dozen eggs from Walmart means it's not even worth purchasing eggs here. And that's how Costco has been going for me one product at a time I choose to no longer purchase. I mean how many rounds of five dozen eggs does someone buy in a year? once you factor in membership costs and the distance to drive to a Costco location it actually cost more. Back in the 90s Costco used to be known for having large sizes of groceries for a reasonable price now it's just like a normal grocery store that offers a few good deals and everything else is as expensive or more expensive.Hemp hearts went from $15 to $19.. harvest crunch cereal went from 8.99 to 11.99. both of these products are grown harvested packaged and transported all within Canada. I understand some fancy product that's imported might have wild price swings but Canadian produce, Canadian products?? It's nothing but a cash grab. Even the gasoline is now not worth the trouble to get. Six maybe seven cents cheaper per liter compared to a normal station but you have to wait in line for a half hour?? Getting gas on First Nations land is cheaper and quicker. Other than buying roast chickens, Quaker quick oats, some walnuts, maybe protein powder, there really isn't much that's worth purchasing from Costco anymore.

Friday around 1:15pm, the “Welcome to Costco” when me and my kids were entering the store ❤️ the gentleman was very polite instead of just checking out for our membership card. And MICHAEL so funny and polite with me and my kids, as usual. Michael even drew my teenagers in our receipt before we left haha!!

After having a terrible experience with a manufacturer, I spoke to Steve and Leanna who were super understanding and helpful. The issue wasn't theirs but they wanted to make it right and went out of their way to help. I am super happy, and will be a member for life.

Who would have thought the best poutine I would have in 5 days of traveling around Canada ordering poutine wherever I saw it would be at Costco when I first arrived. It’s just absolutely drenched in delicious gravy and the fries are soooo crispy! The cheese curds are also really good! The chicken wings were really small than what I’ve had but also insanely crispy! As far as selection, I felt like this Costco was missing things, but we were able to stock up on our adventure just fine.
