I just want to say I had a great experience with the team at CPR. My screen was cracked and the new one went in flawlessly and looks great! It took no time at all and it was ready when they said it would be.When I left the shop, I forgot my SIM card behind and by the time I made it home I was miles away and with no chance of making it back before they closed. I spoke with Corbin, who was a real lifesaver and he arranged for a driver to come and drop off my forgotten SIM card. I cannot speak more highly of Corbin or the team over at CPR. Thanks for a great experience!

Worst tech repair experience ever! The people working there could barely be bothered to talk to us, it was like showing up for a repair was a huge inconvenience to them. Needed new batteries in 2 Samsung phones because the old ones wouldn't hold a charge.They were late getting the phones done (leaving us to just loiter around this strip mall because they kept saying 15 more minutes, 15 more minutes, and it's not like we had a phone so they could just call us when the repair was actually done).It immediately seemed suspicious because the charge level on both phones was lower than when we brought them in. They assured us that was normal and the phones just needed time to "update" to the new battery.Restarted the phones, did a full charge, and was really disappointed to see that neither phone lasted even close to a full day! They obviously did not replace the batteries in either phone.Took them back to get actual new batteries and just got stonewalled.Feel foolish for paying money for absolutely nothing! All I can do now is warn others away from this shoddy establishment.

Was a horrible experience there.. I ended up going elsewhere that's how bad it was.. they ordered me a screen for my Google 6 pro and it came in defective.. then they ordered it and it took two weeks to get the new one.. I said screw it called elsewhere they had one in stock and fixed it for $100 cheaper.. Just saying junk service too very bad people skills. Unmotivated batch of fellers ? Yeah I know the place ended up going. Had them in stock wasn't an aftermarket screen at all.. and they're install price was $100 cheaper?.. much better superior store.. ????

I have had IPhone batteries replaced twice by these people, in different phones. After this last time I noticed bright spots on my screen within a day of having the work done. I took it back and they fixed it perfectly and said the repair was on the warranty. In the end, they made me a happy customer.

Don't bother bringing your laptop in.Probably the worst experience I've had with tech service in my entire life. Brought in my laptop end of May, understanding that it can take time to replace parts due to heavy water damage.They have never called me once since. Every two weeks I call multiple times to get lucky to hear a person on the other end to check in and they have an update as if they've even tried to contact me. One time, waiting to see if I'm good with replacing parts - oh but they're on vacation just wait a few weeks. Call again, oh the ports are damaged, they're on vacation wait a few weeks. Again and again. It's one thing to do a full diagnosis and say it'll take two months because they need to replace everything, it's another to be completely unprofessional and take five phone calls just to get a delay without an expected timeline.Not only has this taken longer than the expected refurbishment from Microsoft directly it also doesn't seem like it'll be any cheaper. I highly advise never coming here for any laptop service. You are better off buying a new laptop.I will be making sure everyone I know avoids this place and prevents others from being trapped.

Rogers/service now didn't end up putting my service ticket through, even though they gave me the ticket number.These guys charged me LESS than what I would've paid through my device protection. And it was only to get a new battery (wouldn't charge more than 12%)! Nothing I did to my phone.I did have damage to the back screen of my phone and the tech changed it for me as well. (I wasn't going to worry about it because I had a case and it was only aesthetic) These guys are amazing, easy, and chill to work with.Thank you!

Just go ahead and get your laptop fixed somewhere else!I am left with a damaged laptop after 4 weeks of wait. I had to reach out to them multiple times with no answers, then when i finally got a hold of the manager they said they couldn’t locate the laptop in their shop. They called me after 45 min to let me know they couldn’t fix it. ( the LCD parts were too expensive ).I picked up my laptop today and to my surprise the screen is flickering purple!!!!!!I reached out to their manager again but they said they were not responsible for this and that the crack on the edge of the screen must have progressed. I originally brought in my laptop with a crack on the trim, the screen was not AFFECTED at all. I was working with that laptop for over a year with ghat crack, i just wanted a brand new trim thats it. And now i am left with an unrepairable laptop!!!!!!I mean i could have took it somewhere else instead of wasting those 4 weeks. insane!!!

We fixed our phone last week and the screen started to have problems. We brought it back but the person is saying we dropped the phone and we damaged the screen yet there is not a scratch on the screen. Pretty disappointing that they just assume that’s the only way that it could have damaged. I can’t recommend this place. He even said maybe it got bumped in my pocket. Wow. Hope a screen can survive a bump.

Brought in my s22 ultra with a badly broken screen with pieces of glass falling off. They fixed it for me quickly and got it back in perfect working order. Seen other negative reviews but my experience was great.

Took A51 in because slow charge. Guy repaired a ribbon? $169.00 Took it home it wasn't charged. went back said its still not charging. he says get another cord. so I do still slow charge? Then guy says he needed to get it another part. WAIT...again. my weekend had to be cancelled and business calls nil. I go back after 1 week expecting to pick up a repaired A51 phone. at 3pm.WAITED 2 and half hours and the boss hands me A32. I thought is was a loner phone. That phone graphics are bad it's volume speaker bad. it's old heavy but ok I the this phone. same problem too it does hold a charge have to keep charging g it so I body another cord. I ho beck and I want my old phone back A51. you g repair man understands think. Then he calls boss who was rude insulting and refused to give me my original phone back because he says motherboard is broken. um...really. So you saying you gave me your A32 for my A51. like cars I came for repair you give me a different car?? No you can't repair it or you broke it it's not at my expense or time as a new customer to be happy to pay you 169.00 plus not tec my phone back in working order. Then order a mother board!!!. I think this business is shady and will never recommend it.!!! PS I think there is a scam market for new phone parts.

**Updating my review because the owner obviously cares about their business and reached out to me to apologize for the situation. My advice, make sure they confirm they have the parts for the exact model number of your phone before you leave it with them.Worst experience. After several email communications in advance and 3 trips back and forth my screen is still cracked. They did not have the proper screen even after I went in and they examined my phone. The second time, the person I dealt with was rude and flippant, and I realized they never gave me a ticket or anything to show that I had left my phone with them. Two hours later no phone call, and they don't pick up their phone or respond to text. I show up to find out they still don't have the proper screen. No idea what the person was doing with my phone for two hours, but I realized that I wouldn't go back even if they offered to fix it for free, nor would I leave anything of high value there.

My phone was beyond repair - not their fault. However, I was initially told it would be ready the next day, and I didn't hear from them for two days. On the third day I called ahead and still had to wait for two hours after I arrived, because they got me confused with another customer. While I was waiting, I also overheard them misdiagnosing the problem with my phone.I would have rated them higher if they told me my phone was bricked in one afternoon, but they didn't really seem to show any respect for my time, so I can't recommend them in good conscience.
