This was the best service ever. They rushed the job to have our tow vehicle back to us in time to leave for vacation.
Do great work. They even fixed some previous work that was a shoddily done.

Very impressed with the service, from the staff at the front desk to the repairs! Everyone was great and my car looks amazing - they went above and beyond and not only did a great job fixing the body damage of my car but they cleaned my vehicle as well. I found their communication to be straightforward and they were in touch along the way through the whole process.

After my Audi was hit by someone running a red light I was trying to find a body/repair shop. Nobody was taking tow-in vehicles. But Craftsman (Harj) went above and beyond, while I was on the phone he found an Audi certified body shop and got my car in. So while I never had work done by Craftsman, they were willing to go over and above for someone that wasn't a customer. I believe that you would be in good hands trusting them with your body shop needs.

This is the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. The staff make the trip to an auto repair shop bearable and they walk you through every step in the process. I highly recommend Craftsman Collision to anyone who needs a auto body repair service.

As I was coming into Calgary after a major storm (thus major backup of traffic on highway), I accidentally clipped my passenger side outdoor rear-view mirror. Went online to search for “auto-body shops close to me”. Called a few places for quotes. Craftsman Collision made an appointment with me to take a look at the damage. Harj said it was an easy fix and said if I was willing to pick up the part and bring it to them, it would actually save me some money. Harj is a GREAT networker - knows a lot of guys in the industry. Oleg, with A-1 Autobody was also very good in getting me a new-to-me mirror. Unfortunately the first mirror wasn’t quite right (5 wires instead of 3 plus needed screws) so Oleg brought the correct piece within 24 hours to Craftsman Collision. They not only installed the newer mirror but even washed my car (Harj was teasing me, telling the guys to be careful in entering my car as they may get entangled with a web of duct tape that I used to keep the mirror that was dangling intact) and that free of charge (they washed my car, cleaning off the glue of the duct tape as they understood I was wanting to go to a wedding Saturday 1 1/2 hours outside of Calgary (and they got the mirror fixed by Friday - day before wedding)!!! I want to thank Harj, Charlie-Mae and Oleg for all of their help! Any cost was to pay for the part - service was free at this time (and I am a happy-camper)!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Craftsman Collision warrants it. From the beginning, communication was minimal to non-existent. I had to repeatedly follow up for basic updates, timelines kept shifting without explanation, and there was no proactive outreach from their team at any stage of the process. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into an exercise in frustration. At no point did I feel like a valued customer — and that’s unacceptable when you’re entrusting a company with your vehicle. Customer service is more than just doing the work — it’s about how you treat people along the way. Unfortunately, Craftsman Collision fell short on that front. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make meaningful improvements in how they communicate and manage client expectations moving forward.

Not the first time we have been to Craftsman Collision. Hail damage once on the F350. This time we had to fix a problem caused by a driver loosing control on ice. Tried to get out of his way but craftsman has done a wonderful job of fixing the damages. Great service here. Awesome customer service. Thank you so much.

Such great service! They were accommodating to my schedule, the repair turn around was so quick after my accident, detailed my car on the inside and out and, they even changed my tires for me so I could drive home safe! Cannot thank them enough!

Review for Craftsman Collision
I recently took my Nissan Pathfinder to Craftsman Collision and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel like a valued customer. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I understood the repair process, costs, and timeline.
The quality of their work was impeccable. My Pathfinder looked as good as new – you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. They took great care to match the paint perfectly, and every detail was restored to factory condition.
The team at Craftsman were also incredibly transparent. They kept me updated throughout the repair, and there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came time to pay.

Jennifer was amazing and I was very happy with the results. Everything was explained and I was provided two options for my repair. I was kept informed and was not expecting the surprise detailing! My vehicle hasn’t been this clean in a long time and was a nice bonus. Their work is superb and would definitely recommend! :-)

I wanted to say thanks to craftsman and jen, craftsman collision did an amazing job on the repairs of my truck, but Jen when out of her way to make sure this heart felt wreak with my truck was painless she made sure the process was easy and made me feel like less worried about the repairs.
