Debbie was amazing, my wife and I popped in a few times looking at sectionals for our new house. She was patient, informative and super helpful.
We can't wait for all our new furniture to be delivered. Plus I believe its all canadian made!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m at the end of my rope. I purchased what was supposed to be a $6,000 Natuzzi sofa, and it broke down in less than a month. The store offered a repair but now it’s even worse. I’ve spent a lot of money here and I’m incredibly disappointed with how this has been handled. Stay away!

I ordered my Natuzzi furniture in July 2024. It was supposed to arrive in October & it didn't. I really wanted to have the furniture for Christmas as I finished a renovation & had a ton of friends and family coming. When I spoke with them in early December, they said I wouldn't get my furniture until February because of a Vancouver port strike. The strike didn't even last a week. When i called back, they said it's on a boat & it would be another 2-3 months on the boat. I obviously caught them in a lie.
I asked if I could cancel & was
told I'd lose my $4500 deposit. The furniture was finally delivered in April. I'm super disappointed, but no one there cared in the least as they got their money. I'd stay away from Cricklewood.

Could not be happier with my experience at Cricklewood Interiors. I don’t leave google reviews but felt I needed to share my amazing experience. I spent a lot of time shopping every furniture store in the city and hands down Cricklewood had the best selection and options for customizing my order to make it perfect for me. The incredible staff were very knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I would love my new furniture. Thanks Cricklewood Interiors for a seamless experience. I’m in love with all my new stuff quality is second to none !!! I’ll be shopping here for all my future furniture needs ?

I loved my first experience with Debby, she was super nice and helpful in all departments, they knew exactly what they were talking about and taught me things I would have never known, when my couch and kitchen table came in they were so quick and very careful and offered so much help, such an amazing team I will definitely be using and sharing this company!
