The manager Shannon set us up with some new house windows that needed replacing as they were broken. She was very professional and kind as well as her two guys who came and installed them. Everything went smooth and quick. Definately a great experience!

Booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance to replace the windshield on my Grand Hughlander, but when the day came, I was told they did not have me in the system and thus couldn't take me in to do the job. Total trash, stay away.

So, luckily I have 2 accounts because I had to give another review based on service.
I had an RS7 that had a spidering rock chip roughly 3 weeks ago before a long road trip to Los Angeles and the area (9000+km trip). This posed a problem, so I went to Crystal Glass on 130th to have it temporarily fixed. Note it was spidering already so that makes it a much more difficult to repair.
Fast forward to when I came back, I had a full windshield replacement today July 5 for my 2024 RS7. The same wonderful Nadine took care of my car, and she absolutely over-performed for me. Not a single millimeter out of place, it looks amazing. You'd never tell it had been replaced.
Not to mention the front desk staff are amazing, friendly and more than helpful. I could not stress enough how amazing this place is. My RS7 is my baby and I completely trust Crystal Glass and Nadine to take care of me.
In response to the note on the photo, you're the only one in this city I trust with my car, Nadine!
