This shop has become victim of its own success. They are way overloaded. I think they don't want to take new clients. Appointments for me had been ad-hoc. Dan just randomly picks few days out and says come after few days. I am not sure if he is putting it on his calendar. And when I get there on that day, he says we are so busy come back again after few days. WTF ? I gave them benefit of doubt once. But I ain't have time for this. There are better professionally managed shops.

Have been using D&K since the mid 2000's. Service is always professional and quick to solve my issues. I have had Fords, Mercurys, and Toyotas. Dan and his team have been able to handle all of them. 5 stars.
