It features a wide selection of shops and restaurants, including Walmart, Winners, IHOP, Canadian Tire, Cabela's, Best Buy, and LL Bean. It is considered a convenient one-stop shop with good parking, easy access from Deerfoot Trail, and a notable buffet. However, the roads and parking lots are not in the best condition, and traffic can build up when busy.

They’ve got Walmart, Winners, and IHOP all in one spot—so yeah, easy five stars. And did I mention the best buffet in the entire city? Because that alone is worth the trip.
