Had dropped things off here a few times. The last time (a year ago), I picked up four expensive silk tops and there were marks all over them that did not come out.I was simply told that it happens with silk and there was no apology or offer to repair or compensate.I'm still mad as this had never happened at any other dry cleaners. I would have done a better job hand washing them myself.I haven't been back. Never use this place.

Terrible. They ruined four beautiful (and expensive) silk tops. When I complained, the man simply shrugged and said silks are difficult. They didn't even refund my dry cleaning charges. I was/am so mad. I would have been better off hand washing myself than paying a 'professional' to do it. I'd never return and would not recommend.

I dropped off my jacket here with a few marks of dirt on them. When I went pick up, the marks were still there. That's unacceptable and for $45, it's a rip-off.
I was told that it was already washed it with heavy chemicals and they can't make it looks like its brand new. But I was expecting my jacket to be clean sir.
Also, they didn't apologize or offer to re-clean it. He gave me attitude and when I said I'll never comeback, the guy started yelling at me and tell me to go away!
I'm still mad until now and would not recommend!

Reliable for cleaning. Though not the most convenient hours. At this moment it is 8:05am and they are not open, their posted hours say 8am opening. Lights out and nobody home! Plus before I edited the hours here it said they were open at 7am.

They did a good job, price was reasonable and it was ready when they said it would be. I will go back.
